The Menorca region
Menorca is a beautiful unspoilt island perfect for all the family to enjoy, lots to do and places of interest, the farthest place on the island is only 45 mins so easy to discover. Beaches are wonderful and unspoilt with traditional beach bars set righ on the sand.
Binibeca area
Binibecca is a lovely village with the traditional fishing village of Binibecca Vell only 5 mins from the villa, the little passageways leading down to the harbour are very famous and a must see. There are bars, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and shops all withing walking distance of the villa and the beautiful sandy beach of Binibecca is only 10 mins walk, the beach bar here is wonderful set right on the waters edge. There is a little land train which goes between Binibecca and the next resort of Punta Prima. Tennis courts, diving, windsurfing are all close at hand and a golf course is 30 mins away.

The master bedroom has a luxury four poster bed with lovely furnishings, air conditioning (extra), the twin bedroom is decorated to a high standard with quality fabrics and furniture a full bathroom services both bedrooms. The lounge and dining room with air conditioning (extra) has large french doors with fabulous sea views, leading to a south facing terrace and private swimming pool 8 x 4 with internal steps. The roof top terrace is a wonderful place to sit back and relax, admiring the fantastic 180 degree sea views and boats passing by. San Benito has everything to ensure your holiday is very special and relaxing, unobtrousively in the grounds is a sand pit, children's seating area and play table.
Further details outdoors: The south facing terrace and pool area is a sunworshippers dream, catching the sun from early morning till late into the evening, the sunsets here are apsolutely amazing, very well equipped with loungers and eating area. The roof top terrace with stunning sea views is again furnished with seating area and dining area. In the grounds is a sand pit, children's seating area and play table. Brick built barbaque completes this area.

We ask for 25% deposit with booking and the remainder payable 8 weeks before your holiday start date. A 200 pound security deposit is requested and is returned to you. Arrival day on a Monday. Payment by CREDIT CARD, payment into our english account, direct bank transfer or by cheque.
