The villa is built all in one level, which allows easy access for young and old alike making it ideal for holidays. Private 8 metre pool, with waterfall and roman steps, private garden, spacious sunny terraces and attractive covered terrace overlooking pool with outside furniture. Garage for three cars. Total security and privacy: is completely enclosed by a wall. Very private.

Fully fitted kitchen with excellent brand new materials, completely equipped: dishwasher, washing machine, 2 big fridges, 1 big refrigerator, microwave and oven. Laundry room inside patio. Access to the pool terrace. Fully equipped, blankets, sheets and wonderful unique 180 degree front line sea views.

A 20% non-refundable deposit will need to be paid when booking is made. The outstanding balance will be due one month prior to entrance.
