About the home

Mari is a comfortable apartment with open spaces, ideal for couples o inclusive with to small children. All the interior is very well kept, with PVC windows and shutters.
It has a big double bedroom, with 2 single beds, built in wardrobe with a safe and a ceiling fan. It also has a simple bathroom with a washing machine. The kitchen is independent, very handy and has been totally equipped with electric cooker and oven, microwave, toaster, etc.
The dining/loung area is very spacious and has large windows with sea views. There is a modern sofa bed, flat TV screen, DVD, Radio CD and a fan. The dining are has a big table with 4 chairs y has glass doors that access the terrace with sea views. it also has 2 sun beds, a table and 4 chairs for al fresco dining, as well as a portable barbecue.

The Menorca region

The 2nd largest of the Balearics group Menorca is one of the most unspoiled islands of the Mediterranean. Its pristine coastline, with more than 80 beaches, the lovely rolling hills of the interior, and its temperate climate with summer temperatures rarely more than 28 degrees make the island a perfect holiday destination for those who want more than just sun and sea.

With a rich and varied birdlife, from the resident Egyptian vulture with its two metre wing span, to the osprey and booted eagle, plus numerous migrating visitors during the spring and autumn, Menorca is a Mecca for birdwatchers.

The island's cuisine, influenced by the many civilisations and colonial occupiers, from the Moors in the 8th century to the British in the 18th, is rich and varied.

The Binibeca / Binibeca Vell area

Binibeca is one of Menorca's most atractive, relaxed and un spoilt resorts of the island. With no hotel constructions, only individual villas and few little apartment complex. It's beach is of soft white sand with cristal clear waters and nearby facilities. Ideal spot for families searching for a calm and safe holiday, away from massified resorts.

In fact, Binibeca is second home to a large number of holidaymakers who have decided to invest their moneis in a house or villa in this area. Any aged couples will also find this a perfect spot to experience Menorca at its best, with sailing and scubadiving schools based in it charming little port, few of the most popular bars (Paupa), restaurants (Sa Cova) and bistros (Na Rosa) will enhance your experience.

Cala Torret is a traditional apartment complex, located next to a tiny harbour, perfect for boat mooring, and where you will find a good selection of restaurants and bars, a supermarket, bakery and a fantastic scuba diving center. All of this just 300 meter away from the Binibeca Beach.

And many other highlights, such as its popular and charming fishing village, its rocky platforms, ideal for those searthing a little more intimacy when bathing, and much more.

“lovley villa great views” we have just come back from this villa great sea views and great location to view the sunset every evening very nice villa .just late in season its very dark at night as lights at Bnibeca hotel get... more
