Champagne powder snow, blue skies and sunshine! Big White Ski Resort is the second largest ski and snowboarding resort in British Columbia and is Canada's largest ski-in, ski-out village. Just 45 minutes from the Kelowna International airport and a short flight from Vancouver.

Big White Ski Resort overlooks the majestic Monashee Mountains and has over 2,565 acres of ski-able terrain covered with champagne powder snow. You can choose from 112 wide glades or tightly treed ski runs, but that's not the end of the story. There are many glades and bowls where you can pick your own way down.
If snowboarding is your style try out the new Telus Park, with its border cross course and brand new Superpipe. And don't forget the 25 km (15.5 miles) of Nordic ski track. Big White has on average 7.5 meters (24.5 feet) of snowfall per year with an average temperature of -8C (17F).

How to get there

England, Europe and Hong Kong have direct flights into Vancouver, Calgary and Seattle, with direct connections to Kelowna International Airport. The trip from the airport to The Raven and Big White is less than an hour. Or, you may prefer to hire a car and take a breathtaking drive through the Rockies.
