Our Cottages are located on the North Devon/Cornwall Border surrounded by farmland and open fields, The Cottages are of the upside down style living to take advantage of the panoramic sea view.

The Mill house has 2 bedrooms, a king, and a family room (double with bunks). The bathroom situated down stairs has the benefits of a bath and multi jet shower with radio and under floor heating.
Upstairs comprises of a fully fitted kitchen, a dining area and spacious lounge which is all open plan. The lounge has a flat screen TV with free view, a DVD player and Stereo. The Mill House also has a snug room, ideal for the children
The Cottages were converted in 2008, they have oak floors throughout, are centrally heated, and decorated to a high standard. Electric and heating are included.
Outside you have an enclosed Patio area with seating and BBQ with access to enclosed Large Garden with Childrens Play Area. Parking available for 2 cars.

Perfectly located on the edge of the Cornish border, these beautifully converted properties are ideal for enjoying a tranquil holiday.
Surrounded by farmland and open fields, there are some lovely walks direct from each property, either to the beach which is less than 1 mile away and is a mixture of sand and rock pools, or the character thatched village pub which is perfect for families and is renowned for its food. Slightly further away is a Post Office/stores selling local produce. The coastline in both directions offers some of the most breathtaking scenery in the West Country and there are some well-known long sandy beaches within a short drive as well as many hidden sheltered coves to explore. In addition to the natural beauty on offer there are attractions to suit all tastes which include Clovelly with its steep stepped cobbled streets, Bude Canal and Splashpool, The Milky Way, The Big Sheep, Tintagel with its Arthurian legends and much more.
