Renovated and equipped to a very high standard and benefitting from original features such as exposed beams, the property provides an ideal holiday location for all ages.

The property is located in a delightful countryside setting with far-reaching views, yet still within a short drive to the North Devon coastline. Hartland Village is close by and has a selection of quaint craft shops and pubs. Further on are Welcome, Hartland Point and Hartland Quay, which offer truly fantastic views. Excellent sandy beaches can be found nearby as well as many small coves. The irresistible fishing village of Clovelly, with its steep, stepped, cobbled streets and quaint harbour, is just down the road and the towns of Bideford and Bude are a short drive away and offer a number of shops, pubs and restaurants. For the more active and those wishing to travel slightly further afield, there are excellent surfing beaches at Bude, Westward Ho! and Braunton. There are also many local attractions to suit all tastes including The Milky Way, The Big Sheep, Hartland Abbey, Hartland Point and Lighthouse and RHS Rosemoor Gardens. Slightly further afield, days out can include trips to the historic fishing villages of Padstow and Tintagel. Back at the property you can choose to relax in the courtyard, enjoy a BBQ, or even walk directly from the property which then allows you to join the coastal footpath. Games facilities: Large trampoline, rope swings and football net in paddock area opposite the property and 'table top' game centre including pool, ice hockey and football located in the secluded courtyard.

On the ground floor 1 twin room with TV. Bathroom: on the ground floor, jack and jill style with doorway in twin room, bath, shower and WC. Lounge/diner: has a cosy woodburner for those colder evenings (first basket of logs provided), TV/DVD, CD and large dining table and chairs to enjoy family meals. Kitchen: newly fitted and offers oven and hob, fridge with ice box, washing machine, dishwasher, freezer and microwave. Outside: private enclosed gravelled courtyard area with seating and BBQ. Amenities: off-road parking. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. Wi-fi available. Private water supply. Regret no pets and no smoking within the property.
