Close to the owner's house where a warm welcome awaits you but privacy is assured. The barn conversions enjoy far-reaching views across the sea and the surrounding coastline.

Ideally positioned for touring the whole of North Devon and Cornwall, the South West Coast Path famous for its spectacular walking environment and wide choice of excellent beaches and coves to explore and enjoy. For the more active there are excellent surfing beaches at Bude, Westward Ho! and Braunton. The fishing village of Clovelly, with its steep, stepped, cobbled streets and quaint harbour, is close by as are the villages of Hartland and Woolsery with shops and village pubs. Local attractions include The Milky Way, Hartland Abbey, Hartland Point and Lighthouse and RHS Rosemoor Gardens. Alternatively, why not sit in the garden and relax whilst overlooking the surrounding countryside.

Leisure facilities: children are welcome to collect the chicken and duck eggs with prior arrangement with the owner. Amenities: off-road parking. Bed linen, towels, electric, heating and wi-fi included. Regret no smoking inside the properties. Location: beach 3 miles, pubs and shop 2 miles.
