For the more active there are excellent surfing beaches at Bude Westward Ho! and Braunton. The fishing village of Clovelly with its steep stepped cobbled streets and quaint harbour is close by as are the villages of Hartland and Woolsery with shops and village pubs. Local attractions include The Milky Way Hartland Abbey Hartland Point and Lighthouse and RHS Rosemoor Gardens. Alternatively why not sit in the garden and relax whilst overlooking the surrounding countryside.
