Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan area with TV, Freeview, DVD, video and hi-fi, a well-equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, further fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer and solid fuel Rayburn. Outside: is a secure fenced area with BBQ, picnic benches and camp fire, meadow area beyond. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen and electric included. Central heating and hot water provided by Rayburn (fuel supplied). Regret no smoking, pets or fireworks. Additional info: camping available for larger groups by arrangement. Location: beach 6 miles, shops and golf 4 miles, village cricket/playground 1 mile, pub 1.5 miles.
