COSY COTTAGE IN THE HEART OF APPLEDORE SLEEPS 4+2
This pretty terraced cottage nestles in one of Appledore's most popular streets and has been lovingly refurbished to offer high quality accommodation. A short stroll will lead you to the quayside with stunning views of Instow, a selection of quaint shops, restaurants and galleries to view.
Enjoy watching the fishing boats bring in their catch or take the 20 minute walk to Westward Ho!, with its 2 miles of golden sandy beach and Northam Burrows Country Park. There is much to see and do in North Devon with popular attractions including The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, Watermouth Castle and Dartington Crystal. In the evenings, relax on the patio or enjoy a meal in one of the many local pubs or restaurants serving good food.
This quaint cottage offers THREE bedrooms: spread over 2 floors, 1 single, situated on the top floor, with limited headroom, flatscreen TV, computer console and a selection of games, a pull-out bed is also available on request. Steep stairs lead down to 1 double bedroom with flatscreen TV, DAB radio and 1 small double bedroom situated on the middle floor with DAB radio. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/diner: situated on the ground floor, with comfortable seating, log effect electric fire, hi-fi with iPod dock, flatscreen TV and Blu-ray DVD. Kitchen: well-equipped with electric oven and hob, Belfast sink and microwave. A washer/dryer and separate freezer is situated outside. Outside: small private courtyard to the rear of the property with seating and BBQ. Amenities: limited roadside parking, long stay car park nearby. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. No smoking in the property. 1 dog by arrangement. Stairgates provided on each floor. Wi-fi available. Location: beach under 1 mile. South West Coast Path, shops and pubs all in easy walking distance.
