In a mid terrace, on the road to Bradworthy, the cottage has river and Yeo Valley views from the double bedroom and is a short drive to various local surfing beaches (20 minute drive to the 2 miles of golden sandy beach at Westward Ho!). The market town of Bideford has a range of shops, pubs, restaurants and a pannier market and is home to the Oldenburg which offers boat trips to Lundy Island. Other attractions close by include RHS Rosemoor Gardens, Dartington Crystal, The Big Sheep, The Milky Way and some of the finest National Trust cliff-top walks in the area. The property is also close to the Tarka Trail, popular with walkers and cyclists and is located directly on a favoured cycling route up the Yeo Valley. Or relax in the new conservatory with reflective glass to keep cool in the summer and warm in the winter or sit on the raised patio area in the enclosed garden overlooking the valley. There are also a range of village inns close by serving food.The accommodation is spacious and offers TWO bedrooms: both large, 1 double and 1 double with single.
