Care and attention to detail has been given to this beautiful two bedroomed holiday cottage which creates a feeling of relaxation. Yew Tree Cottage is situated in the Penhaven estate ajacent to the old Rectory. The location offers something for everyone as it is within easy driving distance of Barnstaple and the wonderful North Devon Coast. The amazing 'Atlantic Village' for shopping is only a few miles away as well as many tourist attractions such as Lundy Island, The Big Sheep, Clovelly, Barnstaple, Bideford, Instow etc. Perfect for a coast and country holiday.

Yew Tree Cottage is situated on the Penhaven Estate and has access to the beautiful grounds of the old Rectory.

There is a village pub within close walking distance.

Further details

The grounds of the old Rectory are used by our other holiday cottage guests and some of our cottages allow well-behaved dogs to stay. It is a requirement that any dogs are keep on leads whilst out walking through our grounds

Conditions

Some of our holiday cottages allow well-behaved dogs of which there is a charge of £7 per night - please enquire should you wish to bring your dog.

A 10% deposit is required when you make a booking and the balance is payable in full 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Any breakages during your stay must be reported. In some instances a charge will be made.

The pretty fishing ports and of course the wonderful welcoming friendly Devonshire people.

Bideford and surrounding area offer a vast selection of activities and attractions for every visitor. Hartland Point, Instow, Clovelly - to name but a few! Golf, Watersports, Tennis, Walking, Fishing, Horse Riding and Shopping are all available within a short distance.

Whether travelling from London, the midlands or the North, the M5 Motorway is the easiest route to Pehaven Country Cottages.

Leave the M5 Motorway at Junction 27 and take the North Devon Link Road through to Bideford and then continue along the A39 leading towards Clovelly until you reach the small village of Horns Cross where you need to turn left opposite the Coach & Horses Public House.

After turning left follow the country lane for 1.5 miles to the village of Parkham. Enter the village of Parkham with the Church on your right and take the second turning on the left. 100 yards ahead is Penhaven Country Cottages.

Nearest airport is Exeter.
