This villa for 6 people is part of a beautiful Tuscan farm in a Large Park with Pool. Situated Just 7km from the Coast.

Casale Aia is an ancient house, recently restored, surrounded by a large park with Pool. The 6 person apartment is one of a selection within the farmhouse, and it offers a comfortable ambience with Tuscan furniture and a typical cotto floor.

The farmhouse is situated just 7km from the beautiful sandy beaches and the pine-woods of the Etruscan Coast. Florence is 45 mins by car. Pisa only half an hour. We are really in the heart of Tuscany...the world most famous wines such as Sassicaia are produced only 4 Km from the farm.

The villa has Tuscan furniture and the typical cotto floor. The rooms are all spacious and offer a nice atmosphere. Ouside there is a pergola with furniture.

The villa has a private pergola with furniture and a private barbeque.

All around the farm there is a large park with grass and garden furniture. At the pool area there are lying-chairs and umbrellas at disposal.

The place is very suitable for families with children as well as for couples searching for a relaxing place not far from all the facilities.

The large park has no dangers for children and the adults can easily find their quiet place for reading a book and relax.

During summertime we usually rent from Sunday to Sunday but in low and middle season we are flexible.
We have small apartments from 2 persons, such as a romantic one with a lovely roof-terrace as well as large apartment until 10 persons.
We have also lovely cottages and villas for rent. Ask us for further informations!

The Tuscany / Livorno Province region

We are in the heart of Tuscany. Just a few km from the sandy beaches of the Etruscan Coast.....20 Km of beaches...you could choose each day a different beach. We are only half an hour from Pisa, 1 hour from Florence. Both are very easy to reach thanks to the highway. Then you could be in half an hour in Volterra and only 1 hour from S.Gimignano and Siena. The world most famous Italian wines such as Sassicaia are produced nearby. You could also buy our good wine and oil, directly at the farm.

The Bibbona area

Local activities: wine tasting, bathing at the beach, all kind of beach sports, cycling (there are many small old Tuscan villages nearby). All the most interesting art cities of Tuscany are very easy to reach. You could also decide to visit the Elba Isle for 1 day.

Pisa is the nearest airport (only half an hour from the farm) and the most important in Tuscany. We suggest you to rent a car directly at the airport, we could give you also a good address.
