Wonderful luxury 280m villa, with a 2000 m square garden in a very quiet area at 300 m from the ocean. max 9 people. The pool is heated and equipped with a safety curtain according to the new French law. The house has also an alarm.

Comfortable, modern, warm, you will spend unforgettable holidays in this house. Great living room with a pool, modern kitchen, 2 beautiful suites with big bathrooms (shower and tub); one of the bathrooms has a Jacuzzi. 2 twin bedrooms. Other room with a convertible twin bed.

Big garden with a sunny terrace. Best comfort provided : swimming pool cleaner, gardener, house Cleaner (6 hours per week) ,in the most pleasant area of Biarritz and Anglet.

Very close to ocean, tennis, golf, thalasso therapy, cycle lane, horse club.
