The villa is located at walking distance from the beach of Marinella in Anglet on the Basque coast. It's ideally situated if you come for surfing or enjoying the beach with surf school at 500m but there is also plenty to do for everyone in the surroundings.
You will find nearby cycle tracks, golf courses, horse riding centre and tennis court. There is also, at walking distance, a large selection of bars and restaurants.
The house has been recently renovated with a very modern fully equipped kitchen, a large living and sitting room opening onto a wood terrace with its private swimming pool. Ideal if you want to relax after the beach... Two nice bedrooms with double bed at the ground floor and private bathroom, two bedrooms with double bed upstairs and another bathroom.

A major drawcard are the five kilometres of uninterrupted beaches from the Adour river mouth in the north, to the “Chambre d’Amour”.
