With its sensational panoramic ocean views over 4 kms of beaches and surf, this luxury 1 bedroom apartment, is idealy located on the coast of the exclusive and famous northern outskirt of Biarritz. Overlooking Chambre d'amour et Sable d'Or beaches, it is very close to the restaurants, commerce, fire works and concerts, as well as the golf course, tennis club, ice skating, thalassotherapie, horse riding..... The flat has been fully renovated in July 07, with high standard appliances: timber floors, american kitchen with granite bench top, glass table, teak table on the balcony, plasma screen with home cinema, wireless high speed internet access....for those dependant on communications.... For your convenience, there is an enclosed garage, that is very useful when people park in the streets to go to the beach. We can also provide a cot and a high chair for your little one..
