This is truly a magnificent, individual villa on its own grounds next to the best beach on the Basque coast. It has something for everyone children and adults alike. With the beach on your doorstep there is plenty to do for everyone, the Surf School is only 200m away and there is a children's supervised play area only 300m away which is payable locally. For adults there is a fine golf course about 500m away and a large selection of bars and restaurants 500m.
Relax in your garden with breathtaking views of the beach and as far as Spanish coast, walk the coastal path all the way to Bayonne, if you feel energetic enough. Anglet is about a 5-10 minute drive to either Biarritz or Bayonne and is serviced by a regular bus routes.
The villa itself is beautifully newly renovated. We have 5 bedrooms, one with a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea and beach with an en suite bathroom. On the first floor we have 2 bedrooms with a bathroom and a gallery looking into open plan sitting room. Tastefully decorated, warm and inviting with all Mod. Cons. TV, DVD, SKY, Internet Access, open fireplace, fully fitted kitchen with all appliances needed to make your vacation a totally relaxing holiday.
Off the main sitting room we have 3 double bedrooms with 3 singles in each and bathroom with shower and bath. All the bedrooms have full length windows with breath taking views of the surrounding beach and parks. The garden has a wonderful patio with BBQ, garden furniture and an outside shower. Some children's toys, bikes, along with surf boards etc will be left will be available to guests. High Chairs and Cots are also provided. Wake up to the smell of the sea and feel the gentle sea breeze on your face, this villa is truly a retreat from the stressful world we live in. Cleaning will take place once a week but can be arranged more frequently if required at an extra charge. The villa will be fully alarmed and totally secure.

Air:
Bayonne - Anglet – Biarritz international airport is 2 km from Biarritz. With flights from Dublin, Shannon, London, Frankfort, Paris Charles de Gaulle, Paris Orly, Lyon and Clermont-Ferrand.
