About the home

The 4 large bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms are all upstairs. The terrace with barbecue overlooks the front garden and swimming pool. Back garden has lots of space for playing football or other sports.
Set in a small village surrounded by fields and rivers that hold championship fly fishing tournaments. Nearby the picturesque and historic villages have natural beauty and historical sights. For the sporty there is watyerskiing, golf, tennis, horse riding, white water rafting all nearby. The Pyrenees mountains are a little more than an hour away and offer hiking, rock climbing or skiing in winter. To the west lie the beaches for sailing, surfing or relaxation.

The Aquitaine / Dordogne / Pyrenees Atlantiques region

In the South West of France ideally situated between the beaches and the mountains. Lots of medieval towns surround the area providing a picturesque backdrop with plenty to visit. Whether you like surfing, quiet secluded coves, sailing waterskiing or walking and hiking in the mountains there is an abundance of outdoor activities.

The Biarritz area

Lots of restaurants including an excellent Auberge 100 yards away.
Go white water rafting, canoeing or salmon fishing on the Gave de Bearn that flows through the village and safely behind the house.
Golf, Tennis, Waterskiing and Sailing and Horse Riding are all available within 10 minutes by car.
Surfing or swimming on the beaches of Biarritz is about 45 mins away. Lots of water parks and other activities available at the coast.
The Pyrenees mountains provide all sorts of hiking, rock climbing, skiing and other action sports.
