Payments can be made by cheque or bank transfer.
Prices are for the rental of the entire property above, per week, and include electricity, water, linen and towels, except beach towels.
Please note that electricity is not included from November to March.
Bookings normally run from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am , but we aim to be flexible, so please contact us to discuss your requirements

The Languedoc-Roussillon / Herault region
Endless wine tasting all around. Spanish border only 90 minutes away, Barcelona in easy reach for a long weekend. Don't miss Carcassonne and the trail of the Cathars on the way.
In the other direction, the Pont du Gard, Avignon, the Camargue Regional Park and the gateway into Provence.
Mediterranean beaches 25 mins. Nearest beach is Valras Plage with superb beach front restaurants and cafés. Beach with all water sports, and children's activities. Vendres Plage is ideal for a more peaceful afternoon.
The chic resort of Cap d'Agde offers almost everything; waterside restaurants, large harbour, beaches, golf, huge waterpark, boat trips, fashionable shops, restaurants and nightclubs.
Superb seafood restaurants and 'oyster shacks' at Bouzigues and Mèze.
Days out to the Pont du Gard, Provence (Avignon, Arles, the Camargue), Carcassonne, Spain and Andorra.
The Beziers / Puimisson area
Puimisson (population 900) is located in the heart of the Languedoc vineyards, approximately 10 minutes north of Beziers and 20 mins from the cultural centre of Pezenas. It is only 15 mins from Beziers/Cap D'Agde airport and approximately 60 mins from Montpellier, Carcassonne or Perpignan airports. All of these served by budget airlines.
Further nearby airports at Toulouse and Gerona ( 2hrs) and Barcelona, Nimes, or Rodez.
The Eurostar-TGV service runs from London to Montpellier and Beziers
The village of Puimisson offers all essential and traditional shops and café. Boules court and seating area, amphitheatre, tennis courts and wine outlet. Beautiful views across the countryside and endless walks through the vineyards.
Large supermarket and excellent pizzeria 2 minutes away.
Magalas (3 mins) has bank with UK cash machine facilities, further shops, lively café bar and three restaurants, one of which is probably the best restaurant in a 30 mile radius.
Horse riding and further pizzeria and nightly entertainments at campsite in Laurens (6 mins).
Wine tasting and private domaines almost on every corner. Puimisson has its own 'cave', exceptional outlet also at Laurens.

A well presented and equipped home that matches the owner's description. We used the property as a base for days out in a 50 mile or so radius. Its a good place to come back to and use for your main meal of the day. The village has a friendly bar as well as butcher, baker and tabac. The property could sleep 6 but this would feel cramped for more than a few days. I'd say if your're staying for a week or more its an ideal property for two couples or a family with school age children - as the owner describes its unsuitable for younger kids. The view from the terrace is stunning and every night we ignored the TV and sat out there till late drinking the local wine. If you want a pool and or a nightlife this is not for you. If you want well equipped, well presented in an authentic community I have no hesitation in recommending this property |

I've just returned from Puimisson and my four night stay at Maison De La Tour. This was a last minute break designed to give me some rest and relaxation before starting a new job. Sally's flexibility at what is, of course, not low season by any reckoning was very welcome. I expected it to be good based on the advert, but what I got was exceptional. Great location (a lovely village and great local wines), a wonderful apartment, almost uniquely designed, an exceptionally well equipped kitchen, and of course the breathtaking views. I left with a number of Pete and Sally's business cards, and will be handing them out to a number of friends (I have already sent a number of photos). My only regret is that, having checked the calendar, there is now no further availability for another visit until mid November. I will be back! |
