Home description
Perfect for one or two families or for a group of friends just coming to relax. You can choose to eat at home, have a BBQ or go to one of the numerous restaurants nearby. There are beautiful sunsets to be seen on the terrace whilst having an 'al fresco' dinner.
All the rooms are large and airy and each one has a fan. There is a long terrace overlooking the swimming pool and secured patio. A cot and high chair are available on request.
Villeneuve les Beziers is wonderfully positioned and is perfect as a base for trips to the sea/mountains/golf/Spain and other sightseeing spots. You will find that a week is insufficient to visit everything.

The Languedoc-Roussillon / Herault region
People were already living in the village countryside in the VI century . A new village was built and our actual village Villeneuve les Beziers, dates back to IX century. This area is rich in History and anyone interested in the Cathars should make a visit.
Perhaps you are more interested in the famous Canal du Midi that helps to connect the Atlantic at Bordeau to the Meditteranean at Sete. It is so relaxing to watch the barges and boats going through the lock whilst sitting on the edge of the canal sipping a glass of wine. Bird watchers should bring their binoculars and visit different breeding areas of various species.
Climate... what else is there to say about the climate in the South of France!!!
Beziers / Villeneuve Les Beziers area
During the summer months at Villeneuve les Beziers guests can join in fortnightly festivals. The Feria (a Spanish Festival). The Local Festival, Country Festival, Latin American Festival, Jazz Festival, Harley Davidson Reunion. There is something for everyone.
Apart from the Festivals in the village one can also visit other festivals going on in other places. There is really so much to do.
Day trips to Carcassone, the Camargue, Montpellier, Pezenas, and Spain - just to name a few - can be organised easily... only 30mins- 1 1/2hr away.
There are local markets to visit and try out the local produce... wine,oil, shiny fat olives, fish, oysters, fruit and vegetables. Colourful woven baskets to carry your purchases home.
How to get there
We are ideally situated for most airlines. Beziers airport is 10mins away. Montpellier, Carcassone - 1 hour. Perpignan, Nimes 1 hr 20 mins. It is possible to hire a car at all airports. Hertz, Europcar etc.
The apartments are 8 mins from the A9 exit at Beziers Est. For those travelling by train it is possible to get here from St Pancreas Station in London to Beziers in a 6 hours.

The pool is shared with a smaller apartment. Bookings in July and August are from Sat -Sat for a minimum of 1 week. Parking is available on site and the owner lives on the premises.
English, French and Italian spoken.Guests on arrival should understand that they should leave the apartment as they find it otherwise they will be asked for cleaning expenses from their breakages deposit.
Conditions
Your 25% non refundable deposit confirms your holiday. The balance should be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. A refundable breakages/cleaning deposit € 200 will be asked for separately. A cot and high-chair are available on request € 25 per week.
