This lovely first floor apartment is located above the owner's home and has off street parking and access to it's own private terrace and garden. It is in the ideal spot for couples looking for a relaxing retreat by the sea.

The apartment has one large double bedroom and bathroom with separate bath and shower. There is a large, comfortable lounge and dining area along with a modern fitted kitchen and small breakfast bar.

The apartment is ideally located for both Bexhill town centre (just 15 minutes walk away) or the seafront (just 10 minutes walk away). Other places of interest within easy reach are Eastbourne, Rye, Pevensey and Hastings. Cooden Beach Golf Course is also under 10 minutes drive away.

If you choose not to drive, the train station is conveniently located under 10 minutes walk away.

Well behaved pets are also welcome.

Bexhill is a lovely, quiet seaside town surrounded by beautiful countryside. It has a spectacular 2 mile promenade which boasts the famous De La Warr Pavillion. It is also located just a stone's throw from the picturesque Manor Gardens, with it's amazing array of colourful plants and flowers.

If you would like a change from being by the sea, there are a number of day trips that can be easily taken from the apartment including - Brighton, Hastings, Battle, Eastbourne, Winchelsea, Rye...and the list goes on!

"Home from Home Accommodation"

I could not fault this apartment. It was clean, comfortable and had every facility you would require for a perfect holiday. It is ideally located for the town and the seafront. The owner was an ideal host allowing us privacy to come and go as we pleased. Do not hesitate to book.

"Excellent accommodation"

High Elms is an exceptionally well kept and maintained property. It was very roomy and tastefully decorated. Everything we needed was in the flat. It is centrally located for trips to Eastbourne and Hastings. The price was very good for such an exceptional flat. The only criticism I have is not of the flat but holiday lettings which I found difficult to use and they did not let us know anything about the accommodation or even pass on e mails so we were left unsure about whether we had secured the flat or not.

"DON'T HESITATE TO BOOK THIS FLAT"

We have just spent an enjoyable week at this marvellous seaside flat. It is by far the best self catering accommodation we have every stayed in. The property is tastefully decorated throughout and the high spec kitchen is a pleasure. It is extremely comfortable, spacious and spotlessly clean. The location is perfect with the seaside/town centre/rail station all being a short 10-15 minute walk.

"Spotlessly clean, peaceful and quiet."

The owner has made every effort to create a home away from home, even going to the trouble of putting milk in fridge in case I was dying for a cuppa on arrival. The owner is friendly without being obtrusive. I had a lovely break - thank you so much!
