This lovely Beverly Hills Penthouse is located just a block from the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills. This entire Penthouse Home rentals is available at reasonable rate in comparison to hotels and other rentals in the area. It is also located near a significant amount of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Enjoy the Beverly Hills and West Hollywood Night life easily by staying at this rental.
The apartment is decorated in happy earthy tones which offer a very relaxing feeling when lounging, working, or when you are on the go. There is a very comfortable sofa in front of the 48" HDTV where one may decide to relax and entire afternoon. Each of the bedrooms have a queen sized bed- and the Master bedroom offers another comfortable sofa with a coffee table- where you may work, read, or relax. One of the greatest benefits of this apartment are the two balconies over looking Burton Way. The two bedrooms do share a balcony with each other; however, the living room balcony has it's own outlet.
Many travelers open up all of the windows in this unit and enjoy the natural light as they work, relax, or have dinner with their family. The unit has all of the basic supplies needed for cooking as well. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom/shower. There is plenty of closet space in both bedrooms as well. You will love staying in this Penthouse!
IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
In order to book you must send our company a reservation request through Holiday Lettings. We do not block our calendars through this site for quotes. It is important to note that Holiday Lettings does not charge City Transient Occupancy tax which is calculated at 14% of the rental rate. You may research the validity of City Tax in Los Angeles on Vacation Rentals through online research. It is highly unlikely that a professional vacation home in the City of LA will not charge this tax.
City tax will be billed at checkin along with any parking charges which are also not calculated on Holiday Lettings site. All guest are required to fill out a short-term rental agreement and place a card/ID on file. Therefore, city tax may not be paid in.
You may request your rental agreement prior to arrival to speed up your checkin time or you may fill it out upon arrival. Upon booking we do require all guest to send us an email that they check and a working phone number they will be traveling with to ensure we may send you directions to the property and/or communicate with you if you are lost or late upon arrival. Please do see our checkin policy below.
PARKING IS INCLUDED IN YOU RENTAL RATE AT THIS LOCATION.
Checkins at this property are free from 4 pm to 9 pm
Early Checkins are billed at $40.00 from 12 to 4 pm
Extra Early Checkins are billed at 1/2 nights rent + tax
Late Checkins 9 pm to 12:15 am are billed at $40.00 for the selected waiting hour in the arrival information
Checkins after 12:15 pm are billed at $60.00 and must be scheduled 72 hours in advance
Our company does not allow self-checkins at any of it's properties and all guest must present the card they've used to book the rental and photo ID a the time of Checkin. If you do book this property please make sure to visit our Guest Services page to arrange your checkin time. You will also be sent an email after booking with the same request form to schedule your arrival.
All checkouts are prompt at 11 am.
Late checkouts until 2 pm are billed at $40.00 and are subject to availability the day of departure
Late checkouts purchased in advance to secure a late checkout, regardless of checkout time, or for checkouts passed 2 pm, subject to availability at the time of request and are billed at 1/2 nights rent + tax.
All of our companies properties are self-checkout properties. Upon checkout you will need to call our checkout line at 3 to time check your checkout. This will voicemail will time-stamp your checkout time for your records and also notify the housekeeping team that you are ready for your housekeeper to clean your unit on departure.
