Lempicka apartment is one of three properties in the Lempicka Apartment and Cottages portfolio located centrally on Wednesday Market in the historic Beverley, East Yorkshire. The apartment is a three bedroomed flat occupying the top two floors of the Georgian property. The master bedroom window looks out onto tranquil views of Beverley Minster while the front kitchen window spans the historic Wednesday market.

The property additionally has two full bathrooms, a spacious kitchen with all modern appliances including dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer, a large yet cozy living room and a light and airy conservatory/dining area. The flat can sleep 5 people as is (2 in master bedroom, 2 in second bedroom and 1 in third bedroom) or 6-7 with roll aways in any bedroom. All furnishings are of the highest quality and in keeping with the property period.

Northern England region

The East Riding of Yorkshire is located in the northeast of England stretching from the rolling Yorkshire Dales through the North sea coast and the Humber River on the south. The countryside provides many open spaces, opportunities for walking (the Wolds Way long distance walk cuts through the East riding) and outdoor recreation.

The towns and villages have many historic buildings, ruins and religious edifices relating all the way back to medieval times while the seaside provides beautiful wide stretches of beaches and picturesque cliffs.


Beverley is located about 10 miles to the north of Hull and 30 miles east of York. The fine beaches of Bridlington and Hornsea are about a 20 minute drive northeast. Beverley itself is famed for it spectacular Beverley Minster founded in 700AD and is once of the largest parish churches in the UK. Additionally Beverley is an historic market town which still thrives today on Saturdays and Wednesdays.

Also of much interest is the Beverley racecourse holding exciting meetings throughout the spring and summer. There are many fine dining establishments, pubs, antiques and clothing shops located along the pedestrian only Butcher Row/Toll Gavel through to Saturday Market. The Beverley Westwood is an open pasture land located a 10 minute walk from the town centre and provides many opportunities for outside recreation including walking/hiking, golf (the Beverley Golf course is located on the Westwood) and picnicking.

"Lovely convenient location and helpful owner."
