About the home

Join us at Award Winning Broadgate Farm - we have a combination of cottages to suit most group sizes from 2 bedroom cottages to 6 bedroom properties.

Broadgate Farm Holiday Cottages - a collection of 2,3, 4 & 6 bedroom cottages that can sleep from 2 - 26. 4 Gold, 5* & 5 Gold cottages with flexible accommodation.

Set on our farm with views across the fields yet only 2 miles from historic Beverley in Yorkshire, with the Yorkshire Wolds on the doorstep this is a wonderful place to visit.

We have five luxury cottages, three 2 bedroom cottages, a three bedroom cottage and a four bedroom cottage. One of the two bedroom cottages links to the 4 bedroom cottage to create a lovely 6 bedroom holiday let. Some of our cottages have ground floor bedrooms and bathroom, all have private gardens. Full details are available on our website, prices start from £261 for a short break or £434 per week in the smaller cottages. We have full online booking on our website and you can check availability and pricing. If you prefer just send us an email and I will confirm what we have available.

Yorkshire is a wonderful county - yes we are probably biased but come and see for yourself all that Yorkshire has to offer!

Yorkshire was traditionally divided into three ridings, East Yorkshire, West Yorkshire & North Yorkshire, a structure for local government that lasted for centuries. There are now four counties in Yorkshire :- South Yorkshire; North Yorkshire; West Yorkshire and the East Riding of Yorkshire. We are based in the East Riding of Yorkshire a wonderful mainly rural county with so much to do that you could easily stay for a month and do something different every day!

The Beverley area

We are only two miles from the centre of Beverley in the East Riding of Yorkshire and less than one mile from our nearest village Walkington. Beverley train station is less than two miles away and we are on a bus route.

Beverley is a delightful market town, stroll around the quaintly named streets, check out the market or try one of the many stunning restaurants on offer. Walkington is a lovely village with a picturesque duck pond and some rather controversial terrapins. There are three pubs all of which serve food and a local shop. The next village is Bishop Burton, home to Bishop Burton College.

We are only 10 miles from Hull – a city with a proud maritime heritage and a host of attractions & activities including the Deep & Wilberforce House.The coast is within easy reach, sample the unspoilt environment at Spurn Point a designated National Nature Reserve & Heritage Coast or try the rock pools & puffin colony at Flamborough Headland another designated Heritage Coast. We have Blue Flag beaches at Bridlington & Hornsea and don’t miss Fraisthorpes’ lovely long sandy beach.

Convenient for visitors toBeverley, Hull, Cottingham, Willerby, Skidby, Bishop Burton, Cherry Burton, the Yorkshire Wolds, the Yorkshire coast and York. There is so much to do in the East Riding of Yorkshire - Please see our Places to Visit section on our website for inspiration!
