"An Ideal family holiday property"

I rented this property with my partner's 3 daughters and their families. The property was ideally situated in Betws y Coed, close to the green and the railway station The accomodation provided everything we could wish for. The property was well equipped, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Everbody in the party was impressed and te grandchildren keep asking when can we go to Betws y Coed again.

"Perfect for large groups, just watch the "fifth" bedroom"

This property is perfect for large groups - very spacious and centrally located. The facilities are good, if a little dated, and it is a perfect base for exploring Snowdonia (and the various hostelries of Betws y Coed).

The only downside is the fifth bedroom, which is not as large as it sounds on the reviews - it is basically a box room off the living room, with just enough space for a sofa bed. We had a lot of kit with us which ended up being left in the living room, much to the annoyance of us and the friends we were away with. It is unfortunate that it is advertised as a five bedroom property and would suggest that the description is changed to reflect my comments.
