Guestbook for Mair-y-Coed
We really enjoyed our stay at Mair y coed last week. The house proved ideal for our requirements.
Hi Steve
Just to say that that we all enjoyed a wonderful weekend at Mair y Coed. What a fabulous house for a large group. It was so nice all being in the same area downstairs at the same time. The weather was very kind to us (except for a torrential downpour on Sunday afternoon when we happened to be out on bikes!!).
Hope to visit your house again - is it booked yet for New Year 2008?
Best wishes
Julie
We were all very happy with your house; it's remarkably light, spacious and perfect for a group of ten adults. It was great to have en-suite in almost every room and the location was ideal for Betws-y-coed. We all had a wonderful time!
Best wishes
Tamera
Steve , what a great place ! Thanks for putting together a great property- sorry about the broken glass !!

Dear Angela
I hope you are well. I just wanted to let you know that we had a fantastic time at Mair y Coed. The house was super - it was extremely spacious and comfortable, and lovely and warm, and you had provided everything a large group could possibly need! Plus the house is in such a great location - perfect for getting to the mountains and perfect for popping to the shops or pub! We are all very grateful.
I believe that my brother Mansel spoke to Steve yesterday. Unfortunately I think there was one broken wine glass. We all tidied around before leaving and then I think Mans and Lucy stripped the sheets off beds and emptied bins etc.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further information.
We were all so impressed that we are now thinking of the next excuse for a get-together!
Thank you to you and Steve for all your help.
Best wishes

We had a fantastic long weekend at Mair-Y-Coed in early Autumn. The
property is warm and spacious and fitted out to a high standard
throughout. It is well-situated with easy access to shops and
restaurants not to mention Snowdon and it's surrounding peaks.
The downstairs area is laid out in a very sociable open-plan format
and there is plenty of room to spread out as well as the opportunity
to find a quieter spot to read. The large kitchen features modern
appliances and plenty of pots and plates as well as a table for people
to help prepare food communally. The lounge area features big comfy
sofas and a huge TV that we were able to plug a Wii into for evening
entertainment.
Upstairs, all rooms are en-suite and plenty of space. The beds are
comfy and there is plenty of storage space. You could probably fit a
whole family in the master suite if you wanted to!
Mair-Y-Coed is the ideal place for a large group to stay in the North
Snowdonia area and we would definitely consider staying there again.

Hi Steve
We just wanted to let you know we all had an absolutely wonderful time at Mair y coed, it was everything we hoped for and more! The house is lovely and even with 3 families we still had plenty of room and didn't feel cramped at all. The location was perfect and we had everything we needed to hand, with plenty of things to do and see nearby.
We would definitely recommend the property and are even hoping to make another booking in the very near future.
Many thanks, Rebecca
