Set in the heart of Snowdonia with beautiful views of the open countryside, it has an abundance of activities and attractions on its doorstep. This includes Tree Tops Adventure, Llechwedd Slate Quarry, mountain biking centre, Colwyn Bay Mountain Zoo, Snowdonia Mountain walks, golf and Plas y Brenin Outdoor Centre. Numerous good restaurants, pubs and other amenities also within 2 miles.

The lounge area includes a 3 seater leather sofa and 1 leather chair, coffee table, flat screen TV/DVD, games console and large reading lamp. Free standing electric log effect heater.

Bedroom 1: Double bed along with bedside cabinets, table lamp, mirror, double wardrobe and a wall mounted electric heater.

Bedroom 2: Bunkbed, wardrobe and 2 lamps. Wall mounted electric heater.

Bathroom includes an electric shower, heated towel rail, heated mirror, shaver point, toilet & wash basin.
