Spacious Kitchen/breakfast room with a beautiful stone fireplace and wood burning stove. The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, large range style cooker with 2 electric ovens and 5 gas hobs, fridge, microwave, Belfast sink and kitchen table.

Beautiful, cosy lounge/diner with a large leather corner sofa and chair around a 'Francobelg' wood burner. 32” TV with Sky family package & DVD. Dining table for 8 at the other end of the room with French doors leading to a large patio and garden.
Ground floor shower room with a wash basin, WC and heated towel rail.
Utility / boot room with washing machine, fridge freezer and sink. Plenty of room for walking gear etc. Back door with access to the garden.
3 Bedrooms: 1 with King Size bed and single bed (+ Sky TV), 1 with double bed and single bed, 1 with a set of Bunk beds. All the bedrooms offer magnificent countryside and river views.
Upstairs bathroom/WC with corner bath, separate double size power shower, lovely vanity units and heated towel rail.

Large patio and garden which extends uphill to the woods. Benches dotted around the cottage along with sun loungers, picnic table and barbecue area. Fire pit / brazier for those cold evenings, log store and another bench overlooking the river.

Fishing available for £20 per day at the owner's own private 5 acre lake (20 minutes away), stocked with large brown trout. Boat with electric engine provided, plus 6 miles private fishing on the River Alwen with good sized brown trout. *Licence required for fishing - please contact us if you need advice on how to arrange this.
Owners can also arrange hunting in season locally for guests staying at the cottage.
The North Wales region
This beautiful cottage is located down a quiet lane at the far end of a small terrace of cottages, 1.5 miles from Betws y Coed. The cottage overlooks the river Lledr as it flows over the rocks just a few yards from the main door - excellent for salmon and sea trout fishing. Guests can also enjoy the large gardens that extend into the woods behind the cottage.
Betws y Coed is set in the heart of Snowdonia and offers a wide range of outdoor activities from walking to mountain biking, fishing to water sports and golf to tree top adventures. There are countryside walks from the doorstep and plenty of Snowdonia mountain walks in every direction. Mountain bike trails and horse riding stables nearby and thrilling canoeing and canyoning for the experienced.
Betws y Coed itself has excellent facilities including restaurants and pubs, shops, museums and other natural attractions such as Swallow Falls. The North Wales coastline is a short drive away, including Conwy with its medieval castle and Llandudno with its famous Victorian pier, beach, shops, ski slope, cable cars and much more.
