Valencia Spain's 3rd largest city, less well known than Barcelona but making headway fast. This beautiful City by the Sea is rightly proud of its individual heritage. Wonderful architecture, famous museums, its Old Town, futuristic City of Arts & Sciences and fabulous shopping. It's harbour and surrounding areas have undergone massive change and upgrades with wonderful new restaurant's and shops along the stunning Malvarosa Beach thanks in part to the America's Cup. It's newest acquisition, Formula 1 has put Valencia firmly on the map. It's becoming 'the' place to visit. We are 25 mins away from Manises Airport.
Betera area
Betera Is the nearest town to the villa. It is located northwest of the City, in the foothills of the Sierra Calderona National Park. It has a good selection of shops and restaurants,market day is Tuesday . Get the Metro train direct into Valencia from here . This region has many interesting villages and towns. Such as historic 'Lliria' City of Music, Villamarxant , Cheste and Bunol, infamous for the "Tomatina" (last Wednesday in August). just a short drive away. Ancient Castles are as close as Championships Golf Courses.Whichever road you take you will be surrounded by orange groves with distant views of the mountains.
How to get there
Getting here is easy, Valencia Airport at Manises is 25 minutes away with excellent roads and very straightforward directions to follow. Booking tickets and cars on the internet gives you the best options available

All the bedrooms have large fully fitted wardrobes with bed linen and bath towels . There is a large very comfortable lounge with lots of seating. Sky freeview T.V. , radio/dvd and cd player. In addition there is also a indoor dining area .
Further details outdoors: The Villa has front and back terraces with tables and chairs, with a summer kitchen and a Bar/BBQ area. The large new pool 9 x 4.5m has a depth of 1.20 droping to 1.40. is flood lite and has auto clean. Surrounded by lawned sunbathing areas. The estate has an excellent Sports Complex with Swimming Pool, Tennis Courts, Football Pitch and a Children's Playground and Swings. There are 2 Bars ,a Bakery, Grocer,Newsagents and Chemist all a short walk away.

The property has not been adapted for wheelchair users, however it is all on one level so would possible suit some wheelchair guests.
