The villa is just 2 kms. away from Bétera wich is plenty of shops, restaurants and bars, in a quiet residential area surrounded by oranges trees and hills. Golf course a 3 kms. World class Spa, 3 kms. Large modern cinemas and leisure area: 8 kms. (10 minutes).

Ideal for big families or groups of friends. Relaxing house and garden.

Valencia province has a typical mediterranean weather with soft winters and summers, altough eventually can be hot for few days. Valencia is plenty of attractions in the new and old town.

Many leisure activities to enjoy close by: (equestrian, golf course, renowed Spa,..Malls, and the town of Valencia. La Masía has shared tennis courts and some activities for neighbors in summer.

The Betera / Urb. La Masia area

The area is located close by the Sierra Calderona Hills, surrounded for oranges trees. Lots of paths to go with bikes or trekking.

The town of Valencia can be easily reached in about 25 minutes drive as a number of good beaches. Bétera (2 kms.) is plenty of activities in summer and lots of restaurants and terraces.
