The villa is in a gated resort property called Nanu Beach Retreat. The community has its own pool and guests are also allowed to use the pool at the Nanu resort which also has a restaurant that provides room service if required.

The terrace and the master bedroom have a beautiful view of the Goan countryside lined with paddy fields and coconut trees.

The villa is located close to the beach between the famous Majorda and Colva beaches of south Goa. Famous Goan restaurant Martins Corner is 1.5 kilometres away.
The international airport of Dabolim is within 10 kilometres. Most resorts like Radisson, Taj exotica, Leela palace, Hyatt are within 8 kilometres. Old Goa churches are 20 kilometres. The railway station of Margao is 6 kilometres
The Goa / West India / Goa region
Many choose to go to the Goa Colva and Majorda beaches to experience a change from the crowded Anjuna or Calangute beaches. Colva and Majorda beaches in Goa are usually less crowded.
There are many shacks lined up along the beach which offer you delicious Goan cuisine to be washed down by innovative cocktails or chilled beer. Sit in one of those shacks, savour the mouth-watering food while looking at the vast sea in front of you.
You can sit engrossed in a book or laze by the poolside getting the perfect tan.
The Betalbatim area
There are a number of seaside activities like surf-boarding, bicycle rentals, parasailing, beach volleyball. The beach is just a short walk away from this gated community. Madgaon town [about a 10-15 minute drive] offers a variety of shopping especially for local handicrafts.
Some of the best hotels and pubs are just a twenty minute drive away - great getaway for an evening drink and meal after a lazy day at the pool or beach side.Local activities in season: swimming, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, golf, wind-surfing, water skiing, paragliding.
