Duplex aménagé dans un ancien moulin à eau du XIXème Siècle. Situé à Beuzeville à 12 km de Honfleur.Notre gîte 3 étoiles est parfaitement aménagé : 90m2, cuisine américaine : lave vaisselle, micro onde, four, frigo congélateur, cafetière expresso (tassimo), cafetière et bouilloire électrique, grille pain. Grand living avec fauteuils, tv, chaine hifi, jeux société.

2 chambres l’une avec lit de 160 et un lit de 90. L’autre avec 2 lits gigogne de 90 séparable ou en lits jumeaux. Salle d’eau avec douche et Lave linge..Prêt de lit bébé, chaise haute. Dans le living un canapé lit peut dépanner.

Terrasse au bord de l'eau avec table et Barbecue. ...Propriété fleurie et arborée entourée de la rivière: la Morelle. Bois proches. Grand jardin avec relax. Prêt de jeux pour les enfants.

Potager en permaculture. Quand on le peut on vous offre salade légumes herbes et fruits…..

Près des plages. Honfleur, Deauville, Trouville... Plan d'eau, pêche, équitation, tennis, golf. . Nombreuses excursions et balades. Sans compter les nombreux villages typiques.

A +-1/2 heure de route vous visiterez Le Havre, Rouen, Caen

Plages du débarquement, tapisserie de Bayeux, vallèe de la Seine, Etretat, ... sont à environ 1 heure de route.

Nous vous fournirons les conseils de visite si vous le désirez.

La route cyclable vers honfleur Pont l’ Evêque passe devant chez nous.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Richard (the owner) a message.

If Richard (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
