This apartment is primely located, right at the world famous Kurfürstendamm in the heart of West Berlin and stands out for its elegant interior design. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need for your comfortable stay in Berlin. In walking distance, you will find some of the "hot spots" of Berlin, such as the Memorial Church, the KaDeWe or Fasanenstrasse with many boutiques and galleries. Nearby there is also the ICC Exhibition Centre (ITB, IFA, Grüne Woche) - therefore our apartment is very popular to art lovers and businessmen worldwide.

THE KITCHEN has an oven with ceramic hob and extractor hood, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee maker that can beat even the best Berlin café competition. Pots, pans, crockery and cutlery are also provided.

THE CHARMING LIVINGROOM invites you to relax in its elegantly designed comforts. A plasma TV, a sofa bed for extra guests (150cm X 200cm), and a king-size bed (180x200cm) and wardrobe are available.

THE BATHROOM or better said, the small spa area offers pure wellness and relaxation. The luxurious shower with massage jets, hairdryer and high quality tiles offer comfortable atmosphere from the very first moment!

"Great apartment"
