Nearby there is Fishing,& Canoeing, An ideal base when touring the regions Vineyards, Chateau's, Medeval Towns and historic areas. Market days are Wednesday and Saturday with all local farmed produce cheeses and wines to taste.

There are 2 double bedrooms with one extra fold away bed. The Lounge dining area is open plan with french doors on to the Patio for sun loungers and out door dinnig with a BBQ - there is a fully fitted kitchen and laundry.
The garden area is completly fenced.
Changeover day is Saturday available from 5 PM - departure 12 noon

Bergerac is very central for touring the many surounding regions of the Dordogne
Medeaval Towns of Sarlat and Eymet a short drive also Mombazilac Vineyard
The Bergerac area
Bergerac has many fine dining restaurants bars and cafe's, there are boat trips down th Dordogne River with details of the towns ancient history. The Tobacco Museum is very interesting also the wine cave in the centre of town.
Busy market day is Saturday where you can saviour all the local produce Cheeses, Hams, Meat Fish and Wines.

Excellent property and first class location for a quiet relaxing holiday, village close by with lots of very good restaurants, only a short car journey into Bergerac which is beautiful with plenty to do, also a great location for walks.
