It is a characteristic and stylish detached 4 star house with a lot of atmosphere. Superficies of the house about 300m2. The house has several terraces. Also the private fenced pool ( 4.5 x 9 and 1.10 - 2.10 deep), with alarm, is surrounded by a large terrace with poolfurniture. The pool has a salt filtration system and a solar shower. There are outside lights to enjoy the warm summer nights in the garden. At the kitchen side, there is a covered, furnitured terrace to enjoy breakfast outside.

The Aquitaine / Dordogne / Dordogne region
New: Flights from Amsterdam with Transavia and from Charleroi with Ryanair to Bergerac Roumaniere (8km from Durvilla) and ofcourse lots of flights from the UK.
The house is situated in Dordogne Pourpre and only 12 minutes from Bergerac. The countryside is green and dominated by vinyards, yellow mustard fields and orchards. There are a lot of typical franch villages and towns with colourful markets, cafés and local shops.
Bergerac / Ribagnac area
There are over 1000 chateaux in Perigord to visit. The "route du vin" is a must. Every sunday there is a typical French market in Issigeac. From the well known castle "Monbazillac" you have a wonderful panorama over the valley of Bergerac. Park your car and enjoy the landscape walking, listen to the silence and enjoy the french life.

Bergerac airport, the house is a 10 minutes drive from the airport, car hire available from Bergerac airport. Low cost carriers as Ryanair and Flybe from several airports in the UK. The house is furnished with all modern comforts and cosy decorated. Upstairs there are three double and two single bedrooms. All the rooms are equipped with single beds 90 x 200, a big mirror, one chair, one wardrobe, one pedestal cupboard and two night-lamps. Also upstairs there is a bathroom, with a W.C Downstairs there are two shower rooms with fitted wash-basins and two W.C's For the little ones we have a playpen, highchair, baby-bath and a stairs barrier.
Further details outdoors: We have a sand-pit , swing, seesaw, slide and mini trampoline for the younger children. There is plenty of garden furniture and pool equipment (6 lounge chairs). Parking space for several cars. Total plot is 2000m2

All prices per week. Arrival time between 4 ans 6 pm. Departure time before 10 am. A deposit of 25% is required on booking. The final payment due 8 weeks before the start of the holiday. A damage deposit (caution) of € 400,- is also required. Price is inclusive of linen, bath, kitchen, shower, pool towels, final cleaning and welcome package. An optional mid-vacation clean can be arranged on request for stays over 1 week. In high season (July - August) min. stay 2 weeks. No pets allowed.
