About the home

This 2-floor residence is located on the seafront, opposite Trez beach. The town centre/shops are 800m away. Located in one of the most highly-regarded seaside resorts in the area. There's a fantastic mild climate, long beaches, golf courses and its great for sailing

The studio apartment has a living area with one double pull-out bed, a cabin-entry with two bunk beds. Furthermore you will also find a bathroom with bath, toilet (with shower). You can also find a small kitchen with 4 hotplates, refrigerator, microwave grill, dishwasher and electric coffee-maker. There is also a vacuum cleaner, Telephone (pay) and Television (pay).

The Brittany / Finistere region

Located on the Cornouaille coast at the mouth of the Odet River, Bénodet has an old port and a yachting marina, two fantastic lighthouses, "Le Phare du Coq" and "Le Phare de la Pyramide" (191 steps – 48 metres): the view stretches along the coast from Concarneau Bay to Eckmühl Lighthouse and out to sea as far as the Glénan Islands. There are many Churches: Saint-Thomas and Notre Dame de la Mer as well as Perguet Chapel. You will also find The Pont de Cornouaille: an elegant 610 m long bridge, overhanging the Odet river by 30 m with a superb view of Bénodet port, Sainte-Marine and the estuary, and the Odet upstream.
Use the Vedettes de l’Odet too: these boats will take you up the Odet river, lined with 15 châteaus, to the Glénan islands, Pont l’Abbé river and the “bigouden” country or sea fishing.

Places to see: Quimper (18 km), the "Circuit de la Route des Peintres en Cornouaille 1850-1950" (the "Painters' Road" in Cornouaille 1850-1950): Quimper country and the Odet Valley, the Bay of Douarnenez…).
