"Avoid this holiday rental - not impressed at all"

We have just returned form this holiday let and have to say how disappointed we were with the condition of the house. We were presented with the following:- Dirty kitchenDirty Kitchen CupboardsDirty B… More

I try to keep rental down by giving people the option to do the final clean themselves....I won't do this in future.
I strongly dispute that the house was in the condition that the Jackson's say it was in, as it is checked by our agent. Clients didn't pay for linen and towels....these were given in a gesture of good will. They didn't contact our agent at any stage to complain....if they did, their concerns would have been dealt with. The washing machine wasn't broken, neither was the back door lock.Slugs can come in to any house if the door is left open. The rental fee is 700 euros, which I think is extremely good value for money for a house like this in Brittany in August. Maybe the Jacksons should opt for 5 star hotels...and pay accordingly. I give every advice and assistance to people booking the house, and always get very positive feedback.

"Well equipped, comfortable house within close proximity to a wide range of amenities"

This house provides a fantastic base to explore the southern finistere region. Set in a quiet hamlet, it is within walkable distance to the local boulagerie, etc. for the daily croissant and bread run. While you will need a car to access the local beaches, it is a very short trip and Benodet, Quimper, Concarneau and Ile Tudy are on your doorstep. The house itself was perfect for our 3 small children, with a very safe, enclosed garden and lots of games provided by the owner. It is extremely well equipped and very comfortable. The owner was very helpful and pleasant to deal with and the advert is a true reflection of the house. I would definitely recommend staying in this house.

I am so happy you enjoyed your stay with us.
