Ty Llyn is set in a beautiful, rural location, our cottage is ideal for those who want a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, somewhere to spend time with that special person or a family break.
The four star accommodation has a host of 5 star qualities and is an ideal spot for walkers, golfers, people with a keen interest in water sports, beach holidays and coarse anglers. We are are also dog friendly.
Ty Llyn is a 3 bedroomed cottage. The master bedroom is en-suite plus 1 double and 1 twin room serviced by a separate shower room with WC. There is a large lounge and dining room with glorious views of the lake. Fully fitted modern kitchen, minimalist decor all designed for the comfort and relaxation of our guests. All rooms are wheelchair accessible.
This property has a hot tub exclusively available to residents of Ty Llyn.
This accommodation is available with free fishing for one person when booking for a full week.

One mile from the glorious beach at Benllech on the Isle of Anglesey, Ty Llyn is part of Lakehouse Holidays and provides the perfect destination for a relaxing 'get away from it all' holiday or short break. The cottage overlooks an excellent coarse fishing lake and boasts a hot tub. Tastefully furnished throughout in grey,white, silver and red, which gives a very modern touch. The entire cottage has been designed for our guests comfort and relaxation & also offers FREE fishing for one person when making a booking for 7 days. Master, en-suite bedroom with king size bed, one double room and one twin room., seperate wet-room. Large French window open out onto a terrace, complete with hot tub and picnic area plus wonderful views of the lake. Under floor heating throughout, fully fitted luxury kitchen, TV, DVD player all with surround sound, High quality bed linen, towels,bathrobes and hairdryers are all provided at no extra cost. This wonderful cottage, set within Tyddyn Sargent Coarse Fishery, boasts excellent fishing.


Large walk-in wet room, ideal for wheelchair bound people. No shower tray.
Designer basin and toilet in both en-suite shower room and wet room. All floors and walls are fully tiled throughout, with the added comfort of underfloor heating each toilet and shower area features an extractor fan.
We can also provide for the less able a shower chair and a toilet frame. Please note these items are NOT attatched to the walls or floors.

The Hot Tub is obviously a huge attraction to this superb cottage and really does add to the luxury 'feel' to the holiday or 'GETAWAYBREAK'. To ensure you enjoy this facility we also provide towelling robes for all the adult guests, welcome soaps and creams at no extra cost.

Ty Llyn has magnificent views of the lake, with its own small patio which can be made secure if need be. Free fishing for one person if booking a 7 day stay at Lakehouse Holidays. Tyddyn Sargent Coarse Fishery provides excellent fishing for everyone. Set with in 8 acres of beautiful, secluded Welsh countryside.

The Isle of Anglesey is an island and county off the northwest coast of Wales, with a predominantly Welsh-speaking population. Benllech is a seaside resort on the east coast of Anglesey North Wales. With it's golden sands a clear blue sea and safe beach area Benllech is popular for traditional family holidays. The town itself is quite small (population 2,340) with many residents having retired to the town after spending many happy holidays in Benllech.

Lakehouse Holidays is situated in Tynygongl, a small Welsh village just a mile from the popular beach resort of Benllech on Anglesey in North Wales, UK. The area is approximately 260 miles from London and 90 miles from Liverpool by road. Ferries travel from Dublin and Dun Laoghaire in Ireland to Holyhead in the north west of Anglesey on a daily basis. The A5 runs from Holyhead to the Britannia bridge joining the island to the mainland. A rail service runs to Bangor station, only a short journey from our site by road.
Buses to Bangor run every half an hour from the village in Benllech, which is a 20 minute walk away.
From Bangor take the A5 expressway over the Britannia bridge into Anglesey. Turn left up the flyway signposted Benllech and then turn right onto the A5025. At the roundabout go straight ahead. Pass through the village of Pentraeth and after a couple of miles into Benllech. After a series of shops, you will meet a crossroad before a petrol station. Turn left towards Llangefni. After a mile (passing a rugby field on the left and telephone box on the right) you will see a brown fishing sign pointing to the right. Turn right at this point.
The main house, Tyddyn Sargent, is the fourth on the left. Just drive down through the gates into the parking area. Please contact us for more detailed directions.

“Perfect and very relaxing !!” I would recommend staying here to everyone! It was like a 5 star hotel, we couldn't have wished for anything more. The hot tub was perfect for winding down in and the location was super. The coastal path was breath taking We will definitely be returning in 2013. Keith and Jean were excellent hosts. Thanks so much. The house was way better than the pictures on the Internet.

“Excellent” Cottage was set in a fabulous location, very quiet and ideal for little ones. There was 6 adults, 1 toddler and a dog in our party and the cottage was ample size, plenty of space for our toddler to run around. Ty Llyn also has a hot tub, which was fantastic after strolling along the beach all day with a kite (even thinking of investing in a hot tub myself).

“Fantastic holiday venue” We really love theis place we come every year. The cottages are beutiful and very luxury home from home. Jean and Keith can't do enough to help you. Stayed in ty Llyn this time and it was fantastic lovely comfy beds and so peaceful. Dogs love it so much they don't want to come home. Ideal fishing for my husband and friend and only a short drive to the beach were you can walk your dogs then have a pub lunch with your dogs. People are very friendly in the area. Love this place so much we have booked again for next year and possibly will try and get a short break in before then. Thanks for a lovely holiday jean and Keith. Oh and very wheelchair friendly.

“Brilliant stay in a peaceful location” Had a wonderful week with hubby & friends who came for the weekend. Had fab weather & wonderful coastal walks all week. Accomodation was fab, everything u could want, lovely views & peace & quite. I had a tesco home delivery which was great,no shopping needed in the week as we had it all there.Good size fridge & freezer too. Having dressing gowns was a nice touch especially with having the hot tub which was a lovely way to unwind after all our walking. Pub & restaurant at Ref Wharf Bay did excellent food and the pub brill ales. A good 50 minute walk from the cottage, but worth it. I slept like a baby every night which is unusual for me, bed very comfy. Hot water and warm rooms, modern & clean. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Would recommend. :o)
