Gemelos 26 is ideal for holidays, we have prepared this apartment for you in details so that you can have an unforgettable memory of Benidorm. The bedroom has two single beds and a large wardrobe. Modern bathroom with tube and bidet etc... Fully equipped and modern kitchen with for fires vitro, oven, microwave, kettle, two doors fridge freezer, furniture and all the necessary elements.
Gallery with boiler and washing machine. All electric system, no gas at all.Living room, spacious, with dining table and four chairs, a comfortable sofa convertible in sofa bed, there is also an extra bed available. Furniture with TV with satellite connexion. TDT and DVD.
Spacious terrace with beautiful views to sea and town, we have closed it with sliding windows so that you can enjoy hours there reading and relaxing so as sunbathing any moment of the year, does not matter how the weather is . This terrace has also automatic electric blinds so that you can use the living room as a second bedroom is need it. The apartment can take 4 people.

The main swimming pool is a lake pool with children section, surrounded by natural lawn large solarium with sun umbrellas. Three paddle courts. One tennis court. Children play ground.

We have also more apartments in this building, this one is one of the best, but all of them are similar standard, if that would be the case we would give you the link to see more pictures. We rent per weeks, fourteen nights, etc., and in winter season special price for long stay. Benidorm is ideal to come and enjoy the nice weather for a modic price, cheaper that to stay at home, sure.
Conditions
The conditions need to be confirmed as it depends of the length of the stay. Normally for short stays we only request a deposit and the payment of the rent at the arrival. There is also a breakage deposit requested as guarantee for the good care of the apartment.
