Further details
The pool, while communal, is very quiet. We brought our grandkids aged 5 & 6 for the first time this summer, and they had a ball.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region


The nearest Airport is Alicante and just a short coastal drive using the AP7 motorway will bring you to the property. The Costa Blanca is renowned for its year round sunshine and low rainfall, approximately 15 - 20 degrees Celsius in the winter. In the early spring the whole area is covered with the white or pink blossom from the Almond trees and the sight and smell is incredible.
Finestrat is inland, but at the same time is only 5 minutes away from La Cala beach, which is a small cove but with several restaurants and bars.
The famous long sandy Benidorm and Levante beach (viewed from apartment terrace) is only 10 minutes drive away and comes alive at night.
The Benidorm / Finestrat area
El Jardin de Sierra Cortina, meaning The Garden, is one of the most attractive urban developments on the Costa Blanca. Luxury standards in a peaceful and relaxing location yet just minutes away, you will find the buzz of Benidorm & a large variety of amenities making this a perfect place for comfort & exclusiveness. Close at hand are the Terra Mitica theme park (1 km), Terra Natura (3km), Mundomar (3 km), Aqualandia (5km) the whole family can enjoy.
Some of the most beautiful Mediterranean beaches, with the lovely neighbouring coastal towns of Calpe, Javea, Albir & Altea just a few kilometres away. The city of Murcia & Valencia are less than 90 mins drive away. You are only 5 minutes from the nearest beach at Cala de Finestrat. There is a shopping centre nearby which has Mens & Ladies fashion boutiques as well as numerous other shops, bars & restaurants.
There is also a Carrefour hypermarket which sells everything you will ever need. Play golf, walk the beaches, enjoy a glass of Sangria, read beside the pool.

Myself and a friend stayed at this apartment mid June for 10 days, the weather was great (30-35 degrees). The apartment was excellent. It had everything we needed and it was clean and fresh. (home from home). We had no problem getting there; the owner (Patricia) supplied us with great directions from the airport. Patricia also arranged for someone to meet us at the apartment with the keys and showed us around and how to work everything. The resort is just next door with a gym, indoor pool, sauna etc. We didn't really use it apart from a game of tennis. (very good rates). The mainly used the communal pool, good size and plenty of space. I would recommend a car. It is a great walk into Finestrat and Bendiorm, lovely scenery and all downhill. Hard enough walk on the way back especially if you have done a bit of shopping. It is a beautiful apartment with gorgeous views. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning in the near future. |

Just arrived back from our hols, I just wanted to say Thank You very much for allowing us to use your apartment. Your apartment is lovely and in such a lovely location. The kids had a ball at the pool and it was so safe for them and very relaxing for us. Its was the first time we hadn't went on a package holiday and the experience we had booking it through yourself and the high standard of facilities I will certainly do it again and will be recommending your apartment. I don't know if you remembered I said my brother and family were staying in the El Mirador, turned out they were the other side of tennis courts and we could actually see their front door. Thanks again, we had a wonderful time and felt very privileged that you allowed us to share in your lovely holiday home. Everything was PERFECT :-) I still cant get over how straight forward everything was, very laid back and nothing was a problem.
