About the home

Casa de Sueños is located between lively Benidorm and the beautiful town of Finestrat nestled in the mountains.

With 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin room and 1 very large underbuild room that can be used as a TV/Games room during the day and a 4th bedroom with 2 sofa beds at night, this villa is perfect for 1 or even 2 families to share.

There's plenty of family fun and entertainment with a large (child friendly) swimming pool right outside your front door. Large private landscaped gardens and plenty of sun terrace space for sun-bathing or al-fresco dining.

Just a short 10 minute drive or taxi ride and you have all the attractions you could ever wish for. A choice of beaches, theme parks, water parks, go-karting, golf courses, health spa, and much more…

If you want some peace and quiet, you can have that too, with the cultural Spanish town of Finestrat, the coastal fishing town of Villajoyosa, walking in the hills or mountains, or simply relax by the pool.

The Costa Blanca, known as the 'White Coast' of Spain with its miles of golden sandy beaches, is one of the most attractive and popular regions of Spain for visitors with a climate that is recognised as one of the best in the world by the World Health Organisation.

The attraction of this area lies in it's beauty - amazing blue Mediterranean waters, the spectacular mountains and waterfalls, the old towns and villages, the restaurants and bars - It's simply a wonderful place in which to enjoy life and feel rejuvenated and refreshed.

The Benidorm / Balcon de Finestrat area

Benidorm is a fun place, perfect for a family holiday, from the young of age to the young at heart, Benidorm has something for everyone.

Benidorm is blessed with some excellent "blue flag" beaches. The very popular and long 'Levante Beach' is one of the best beaches in Europe with water sports during the day, lots of cafes and bars and plenty of night life for all ages. The quieter 'Poniente Beach' is just as big but more peaceful, perfect for relaxing in the sun. There's also the smaller beach of 'La Cala' just around the corner.

Benidorm is wonderful for shopping too with lots of very cheap gift and cloth shops to the more exclusive jewellery and fashionable ornament shops. Benidorm also has an indoor market open daily and a very large outdoor market on Wednesday and Sunday. A wide variety of bars and restaurants satisfy all tastes and budgets, you can find the traditional Spanish paella and tapas bars with local beers to the familiar English & Irish pub-grub, and the famous Ibrox bar for the Scottish.

Within Benidorm there are many hidden gems for the sightseer. A must see is the headland that divides the two beaches called 'Plaça del Castell'. This beautiful area is part of the original 'Old Town' with Benidorm church perched high on the raised cliff headland and the beautifully maintained tiled court area providing spectacular views of both beaches and the Mediterranean sea. Also a good view point for Benidorm Island, a wildlife reserve, with just one hotel restaurant-bar, accessible only by boat, there are many trips out to and around the island, to see the variety of land and sea life on offer at the reserve.

You will find a wide variety of entertainment within and around Benidorm, from Karaoke bars and numerous night clubs to the more exclusive 'Benidorm Palace' with their evening meal and cabaret.

There's lots of family holiday amusements, arcades, water sports, water parks, animal safari parks, 'Terra Mitica' Theme Park with roller-coasters and thrill rides, go-karting and much, much more.

If Golf's your thing, then Benidorm has a number of championship golf courses, putting greens and even crazy golf for the kids and family.

Cheap flights to Alicante are readily available from most UK airports. Casa de Suenos is then only a 40 minute drive along the AP-7 motorway or the N-332 if you prefer the scenic route. Full driving directions will be given within our information pack on booking.

A hire car is recommended as this gives the easiest and quickest way to reach all local attractions, although local buses and taxis provide an alternative.

Hire cars are available directly from Alicante airport and rates are very reasonable.
We use www.carjet.com as they search for the cheapest rates available.

Alternatively you may take a bus direct to the Benidorm bus station for less than €10 per person and from there it’s a 10 minute taxi ride to Balcon de Finestrat. You could also arrange a private airport transfer from one the many companies providing airport transfers to/from the Benidorm area.

Upon arrival at the property, you will be greeted by our friendly meet-and-greet representative who will show you around and answer any questions you may have. Our friendly representative is local to the area and will be available should you need them.

“Did not want to come home” Great villa with loads of space and bathrooms, ideal for larger families. Lovely secure pool. Would go back tomorrow and also highly recommend to every one. Can't wait to go back. :) Response: Thank you for your review. Having 3 shower/bath rooms certainly helps when you need to get the familiy ready to go out and explore the many theme parks and water parks within the Benidorm area.

“Great villa, a real home from home” We have just returned from a two week stay at the villa. There were eight of us in total (4 adults + 3 children) and there was plenty of room in the villa for all of us, no falling over each other or feeling like we were living in each others pockets. The villa was very clean and had everything we could possibly ask for, the owners have certainly put alot of thought into what people want from their rental home. The swimming pool was just across the road from the villa and despite being at the villa in the hight of the summer, it was never busy which was great, the kids often had the pool to themselves!! There was plenty information in the villa about transport and things to do in and around Benidorm. Overall, we had a great holiday, the villa was fantastic. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday then the villa is for you. Response: Thank you for those kind words. We holiday at the villa ourselves and like to think of it as a home from home, with the all the extras that the Benidorm area has to offer!
