This newly built property is spacious, built over 3 floors with well appointed accommodation and large roof terrace to enjoy the sunshine. The entrance hall leads to a useful guest cloakroom, well fitted kitchen and large lounge with dining area. There are 3 very good sized bedroom upstairs, an en-suite shower room and family bathroom and further stairs lead to the roof terrace. You can enjoy a lovely terraced garden furnished with table and chairs for Al Fresco dining. This house is also available for longer term lettings as well as summer holidays and winter sunshine breaks.

The lovely house is situated on the outskirts of Benidorm, close to the La Marina shopping mall and the village of Finestrat, Terra Mitica and Villa Aitana golf. There is a well equipped kitchen with appliances included and a large light lounge, comfortably furnished with sliding doors leading to the private terraced garden. Upstairs are 3 good sized bedrooms, a double, twin and triple room. The master bedroom has en-suite facilities and there is also a family bathroom.

The large terraced garden is nicely furnished with table and chairs so is ideal for Al Fresco dining. There is also a large roof terrace with sea views which provides additional space for soaking up the sun. To the front of the property is private parking. Just a short distance you will find the communal pool and there is also a children's play area.

Highchair, cot, safe, bicycles, hairdryer, pushchair, boat etc are all available with this property but must be pre-booked. A 20% (250 euro minimum)deposit will secure your booking with the balance payable 56 days before the start of your holiday. Payment can be made by debit or credit card or bank transfer. We will request a 350 euro damage deposit which will be returned once your holiday is completed. Bed linen and towels are provided, a small charge will be made for the laundry, details on request. Rental prices include departure clean.

Conditions

Please may we request smoking in the outside areas of this property only. We are able to provide "welcome" grocery packs, special occasion flowers and champagne or anything else you require to make your holiday perfect. All excursions and shows can also be booked through us, please enquire for further details.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The nearest Airport is Alicante and just a short coastal drive/AP7 motorway will bring you to the property. The Costa Blanca is renowned for its year round sunshine and low rainfall, fresh fish, hand picked oranges, figs, dates and vegetables. In the early spring the whole area is covered with the white or pink blossom from the Almond trees and the site and smell is incredible. Many fiestas held throughout the year can be enjoyed by all ages, these colourful spectacles can be found in most towns and include the Moors and Christians festivals with week long processions, battles and incredible firework displays. In June the celebration of Hogueras where huge statues are set on fire to celebrate the night of St Juan should not be missed and the province of Alicante is known for staging the best Hogueras festival.

The Benidorm / Balcon de Finestrat area

Benidorm is within a 10 minute drive of this property which offers beautiful award winning beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and entertainment, there is something to suit all ages. The theme parks of Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, Mundomar and Terra Natura are very close to this property as is the golf course Villaitana. Other golf courses are within easy reach in well under an hour. Other coastal towns within easy reach are Villajoiosa known for its colourful buildings, Albir and the historic town of Altea with its old style typically white painted houses, church and town square where you can find gift and craft shops, artists and restaurants. Inland are other great towns to enjoy as well as the mountains with waterfalls and rock climbing. Many coastal towns have fishing ports where the restaurants sell the fish caught that day. Finestrat is a lovely small village, very popular with local spanish people and tourists as is the beach of La Cala de Finestrat. The nearby development of Sierra Cortina has recently opened a Spa centre with health treatments, indoor pool, tennis and paddle courts and cafeteria. There is a restaurant and 18 hole pitch and putt course within walking distance. Mountaineering, horse riding, karting and many other activities can also be done locally. We are also able to organise any activity that you need from balloon flights, helicopter rides, jeep safari, quad bike hire, jet skiing, nordik walking and paint ball .............. just tell us what you require!

Nearest airport Alicante, take the AP7 motorway to junction 65A (approximately 45 minutes) the property is approximately 5 minutes from junction 65A following the signs to Finestrat and the Terra Mitica Theme Park. Alternatively take a train from Alicante station heading North and the nearest station is the La Marina station. The property would be approximately 15 to 20 minutes on foot from here. We are happy to help you with airport transfers and car hire, book a car door to door from just 60€ for 4 people including luggage.
