About the home

This new and spacious house is beautifully furnished with leather sofas and flat screen TV giving you home from home comforts. The views of the sea and skyline of Benidorm are superb from the garden and the terraces. There is a lovely roof terrace furnished with loungers, ideal for soaking up the sun. The resort has a lagoon style swimming pool situated behind and just a few minutes walk away you will find a golf course, spa centre with tennis, gymnasium and spa treatments, bank and restaurant.

Close to the theme parks of Terra Mitica, Aqualandia and Terra Natura, there is a regular bus service to the lively resort of Benidorm with its first class entertainment and award winning beaches. The beaches of La Cala are also close by and you can find plenty of shopping at the La Marina commercial centre which has supermarket and restaurants.

An ideal location for both your summer holidays and winter sunshine breaks.

The corner house has a lovely elevated position and the front door opens to a hallway with open plan living and dining room. The furniture has been chosen to ensure you have all the comforts you would expect at home. you will find two leather sofa s, flat screen TV with DVD and dining table for 6 people. The lounge has glass doors opening to the garden area.

There is a handy guest cloakroom on this floor. The fitted kitchen has all appliances you could need and there is also a separate utility room. Upstairs on the first floor is the master bedroom suite with plenty of wardrobe space and sliding doors leading to a balcony with great sea views. There is also a full en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and shower over.

The second bedroom is a twin room with fitted wardrobes and on this floor there is also a family shower room. A further staircase leads to the top floor which provides two further single beds. Doors from this room lead to a large roof terrace which is furnished with sun loungers.

Further details outdoors:
The house has private gardens on 3 sides with lovely views. There is a large covered terrace leading from the lounge furnished with table and chairs.

Upstairs from the master bedroom is a small balcony and the top floor has a beautiful big roof terrace which is furnished with loungers and gives fantastic views of the skyline of Benidorm and the sea and mountains.
There is plenty of parking nearby to the property.

Further details

Children's equipment including travel cot, high chair, pushchairs etc are all available for hire at this property. We can also offer bicycle hire, car hire, airport transfers and excursions, safe hire, hairdryers and anything else you require to make your holiday perfect. Please note the hot/cold air-conditioning is payable locally by coin operated meter - 1€ will last approximately 1 1/2 hours for the full house.

A 20% (250 euro minimum) deposit will secure your booking with the balance payable 56 days before the start of your holiday. Payment can be made by debit or credit card or bank transfer. We will request a 350€ damage deposit which will be returned once your holiday is completed. Departure clean included. Bed linen and towels are provided, a small charge will be made for the laundry.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The nearest Airport is Alicante and just a short coastal drive/AP7 motorway will bring you to the property. The Costa Blanca is renowned for its year round sunshine and low rainfall, fresh fish, hand picked oranges, figs, dates and vegetables. In the early spring the whole area is covered with the white or pink blossom from the Almond trees and the site and smell is incredible.

Many fiestas held throughout the year can be enjoyed by all ages, these colourful spectacles can be found in most towns and include the Moors and Christians festivals with week long processions, battles and incredible firework displays. In June the celebration of Hogeras where huge statues are set on fire to celebrate the night of St Juan should not be missed and the province of Alicante is known for staging the best Hogeras festival

The Benidorm / Sierra Cortina area

Benidorm is within a 10 minute drive of this property which offers beautiful award winning beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and entertainment, there is something to suit all ages. The theme parks of Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, Mundomar and Terra Natura are very close to this property as is the golf course Villaitana. Other golf courses are within easy reach in well under an hour.

Other coastal towns within easy reach are Villajoiosa known for its colourful buildings, Albir and the historic town of Altea with its old style typically white painted houses, church and town square where you can find gift and craft shops, artists and restaurants. Inland are other great towns to enjoy as well as the mountains with waterfalls and rock climbing.

Many coastal towns have fishing ports where the restaurants sell the fish caught that day. Finestrat is a lovely small village, very popular with local spanish people and tourists as is the beach of La Cala de Finestrat. The development of Sierra Cortina itself has just opened a Spa centre with health treatments, indoor pool, tennis and paddle courts and cafeteria. There is a restaurant , bank and 18 hole pitch and putt course within walking distance.

Mountaineering, horse riding, karting and many other activities can also be done locally. We are also able to organise any activity that you need from balloon flights, helicopter rides, jeep safari, quad bike hire, jet skiing, nordik walking and paint ball .............. just tell us what you require

Nearest airport Alicante, take the AP7 motorway to junction 65a (approximately 45 minutes) the property is approximately 10 minutes from junction 65a following the signs to Finestrat and the Terra Mitica Theme Park.

Alternatively take a train from Alicante station heading North and the nearest station is the Terra Mitica theme park station. The property would be approximately 15 to 20 minutes on foot from here. We are happy to help you with airport transfers and car hire.
