The pool is closed during winter.
There is a well stocked supermarket, internet facilities and a payphone opposite the main entrance to the apartment.
The road the apartment is off is on a slight hill.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required within 7 days of booking & the final balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
A security deposit of £100.00 is required along with the final balance 4 weeks prior to arrival.
The security deposit will be refunded within two weeks of your departure from the apartment and upon a satisfactory property inspection and the safe return of the apartment keys.
Conditions
Keys will be sent by Royal Mail Special delivery,guatanteed next day to a UK address only approx 7 days prior to your arrival so enabling you to arrive at a time to suit you.
Payment for the deposit, final balance and security deposit can be made by cash, cheque, bank transfer or paypal, please ask for details.
The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region


The Costa Blanca offers some great beaches and idyllic towns & villages. It also offers more than 300 days of glorious sunshine, with mild winters and dry hot summers. The area does not get as humid as the Costa del Sol and the evenings are lovely for walks along the cliffs or by the sandy beaches.
The Benidorm / Levante Beach area
Benidorm is divided into two areas, the old town with the quieter Poniente beach and the newer area that includes Levante beach which has a good selection of water sports at the far end near to Rincon de Loix.
There are a vast selection of shops, restaurants, bars and clubs to cater for everyone & these are open daily from early to late, and provide food choices from many countries.
Benidorm has a market that is held twice weekly and there is also an Indoor market both a short walk from the apartment.
A great night out can be had at the Benidorm Palace, where you can enjoy great shows also within a short walking distance from the apartment.
Benidorm also offers some fantastic theme parks including Aqualandia water park & Mundomar animal park which offer some great shows throughout the day, and only a 20 min walk away.
There are a further two theme parks a short car or bus ride away and these are Terra Mitica which has white knuckle rides, & Terra Natura an animal park that offers various shows with an adjoining water park.

We have just returned from a three week holiday which was our 3rd stay in this appartment. The appartment is easy to book with the keys delivered to your home prior to your departure making it easy when dropped off in resort - no chasing round to collect keys and no rush to get out on your last day. The appartment is very clean and well equipped with the added bonus of English TV channels, proper settees and exceptionally comfortable beds. There is a washing machine (which comes in handy on longer stays) iron, hairdryer, dvd player, books etc. The location of the appartment is on a hill just up from the indoor market area and enjoys the sun on the balcony throughout the day perfect on winter holidays. There is a supermarket directly outside the appartment which although not the cheapest in Benidorm does offer a good range of food and drink. There are a number of bars on the hill offering food and drink we often used the London bar and Yorkshire Pride both of which offered free Wi-fi access. There are also 2 Indian restaurants which offer a good takeaway service. Despite beng on the hill it is only a 15min stroll to the heart of Benidorms entertainment area. |

had fab week at cadiz central for everything but in quiet area so peaceful sleeping.everything we needed was in this very comfortable apartment and owners steve and clive were very helpful. will definitley be going back. |
Guestbook for Cadiz
We had a lovely 3 weeks at this apartment. It is just as advertised and very well fitted out. Our weather was not great but the apartment made up for the lack of sun. Everything was in place for a relaxing break with TV in lounge and bedroom. Also the owners were kind enough to leave some entertaining DVDs and books for guests to enjoy. A mere amble to the seafront and shops and although it is on a hill I cannot imagine it would be a problem unless a guest had an infirmity. Nice wide balcony where you can watch the world go by. Nice bar not too far away owned by Den & Jane (The Queen Mary)
