The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Costa Blanca offers some great beaches and idyllic towns & villages. It also offers more than 300 days of glorious sunshine, with mild winters and dry hot summers. The area does not get as humid as the Costa del Sol and the evenings are lovely for walks along the cliffs or by the sandy beaches.



Benidorm / Levante Beach area

Benidorm is divided into two areas, the old town with the quieter Poniente beach and the newer area that includes Levante beach which has a good selection of water sports at the far end near to Rincon de Loix.

There are a vast selection of shops, restaurants, bars and clubs to cater for everyone & these are open daily from early to late, and provide food choices from many countries.

Benidorm has a market that is held twice weekly and there is also an Indoor market both a short walk from the apartment.

A great night out can be had at the Benidorm Palace, where you can enjoy great shows also within a short walking distance from the apartment.

Benidorm also offers some fantastic theme parks including Aqualandia water park & Mundomar animal park which offer some great shows throughout the day, and only a 20 min walk away.

There are a further two theme parks a short car or bus ride away and these are Terra Mitica which has white knuckle rides, & Terra Natura an animal park that offers various shows with an adjoining water park.

There are a great number of airlines that fly to Alicante, these include Monarch, British Airways, Ryanair, FlyBe, Thomson and EasyJet, all flying from various regional UK airports.

There are various ways to get to Benidorm once you arrive at Alicante these include, Car hire, taxi, airport to apartment transfer or local bus and train, please ask for further details.

The journey takes approximately 45 mins.

The apartment is clean, comfortable and spacious, it has ample towels and bed linen to enable a change when required.

We do not supply beach and pool towels so please bring your own.

There is a table and chairs for use on the balcony, and sunbeds around the shared pool.

The pool is closed during winter.

There is a well stocked supermarket, internet facilities and a payphone opposite the main entrance to the apartment.

The road the apartment is off is on a slight hill.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required within 7 days of booking & the final balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival.

A security deposit of £100.00 is required along with the final balance 4 weeks prior to arrival.

The security deposit will be refunded within two weeks of your departure from the apartment and upon a satisfactory property inspection and the safe return of the apartment keys.


Conditions

Keys will be sent by recorded post to a UK address only approx 7 days prior to your arrival so enabling you to arrive at a time to suit you.

Payment for the deposit, final balance and security deposit can be made by cash, cheque, bank transfer or paypal, please ask for details.
