This lovely villa has been split to provide TWO completely self contained 2 bedroom apartments. Ideal for a large family or friends to holiday together but still have privacy and separate facilities. There is also a lovely private swimming pool with plenty of space for soaking up the sun and dining Al Fresco.
Situated in a quiet residential area, the villa is just a short drive to the beaches of Benidorm, Albir, and Altea. The theme parks of Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia and Mundomar are also within easy reach. The two apartments are comfortably furnished and equipped with SKY satellite TV also included and air conditioning if required.WIFI is available for you to keep in touch and online during your holidays.

The lower apartment has a lovely light living room with soft blue sofas and two sets of doors leading to the pool area. The upper apartment has a spacious living room with leather sofas and doors opening on to a terrace where the BBQ is fitted, with views down to the pool. The lower lounge has a feature fireplace and dining area. Both apartments have modern and well fitted kitchens with oven and hob, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Both are well equipped with everything that you would need including kettle, toaster etc.
The upstairs apartment has a double bed and a room with twin beds. Both rooms have fitted wardrobes. The main bedroom also has its own glazed terrace with views to the pool. The lower apartment has good sized bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and both have double beds. Both apartments have well fitted and modern bathrooms with shower over the bath. Towels are provided. The upper apartment has a TV with satellite TV and there is also a music player. The lower apartment has TV with satellite TV and DVD.

The entrance gates lead to the private parking and entrance to the upper apartment. A few steps down lead you to the entrance door of the lower apartment and also access to the pool and sunbathing areas.
There is a lovely covered area with table and chairs for dining al fresco and also plenty of space around the pool.
The upper apartment also has its own terrace with BBQ fitted. The swimming pool is a good size and maintained throughout the year.
There is plenty of area to the side for dining and sunbathing. Sun loungers are available for your use.
Bed linen & Towels are provided.
You will need to bring your own pool and beach towels only.
WIFI available and must be requested in advance of arrival.

The Valenciana region
The nearest Airport is Alicante and just a short coastal drive/AP7 motorway will bring you to the property. The Costa Blanca is renowned for its year round sunshine and low rainfall, fresh fish, hand picked oranges, figs, dates and vegetables. In the early spring the whole area is covered with the white or pink blossom from the Almond trees and the site and smell is incredible.
Many fiestas held throughout the year can be enjoyed by all ages, these colourful spectacles can be found in most towns and include the Moors and Christians festivals with week long processions, battles and incredible firework displays. In June the celebration of Hogeras where huge statues are set on fire to celebrate the night of St Juan should not be missed and the province of Alicante is known for staging the best Hogeras festival.
La Nucia old town is close by. Every Sunday a very popular rastro (market) is held. The town also has excellent sports facilities including an indoor public swimming pool. Benidorm is within a 15 minute drive of this property which offers beautiful award winning beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and all year round entertainment, there is something to suit all ages. Lots of fiestas happen during the year including the Film Festival held in Alfaz on the edge of Benidorm usually during the first week of July - with famous actors and actresses attending - a selection of latest films are even shown on the beach at Albir on a large screen for all to enjoy.
The theme parks of Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, Mundomar and Terra Natura are within easy driving distance from this property as is the golf course Villaitana. Other golf courses are within easy reach in well under an hour.
Other coastal towns within easy reach are Villajoiosa known for its colourful buildings, Albir and the historic town of Altea with its old style typically white painted houses, church and town square where you can find gift and craft shops, artists and restaurants. Inland are other great towns to enjoy as well as the mountains with waterfalls and rock climbing. Many coastal towns have fishing ports where the restaurants sell the fish caught that day. La Nucia is a lovely small village, very popular with local spanish people and tourists..
Mountaineering, horse riding, karting and many other activities can be done locally. We are also able to organise any activity that you need from balloon flights, helicopter rides, jeep safari, quad bike hire, jet skiing, nordik walking and paint ball .............. just tell us what you require

"Great villa in good location, everything there for relaxing holiday"
Spent a week in the villa enjoying the lovely pool, super outside facilities (dining etc). Close to shops and good eating places in La Nucia. Ideal for touring the Costa Blanca, countryside and coast.… More

"Excellent stay and totally chilled holiday."
picked up from airport by an abosolute star Howard with his 8 seater,always there and available to pick up and taxi all 8 of us around and great knowledge of Spain. Ingrid was ace always at the end of the phone and kept well in touch any problems and she was there. Owner of the villa Warren was very helpfull when booking and always replied and has done since our return. The villa itself was perfect for our choice, clean everything in the villa to cater for all. Only downside is a car is needed as a little way out but villa is in a nice residental area.There is not much to do as in bars etc as most have closed down. All enetertainment was a car journey away.Supermarkets are local 15 mins walk but need taxi back. Would reccomend to all this villa. Great for 2 families as both have their own space.

"Expensive for what you get"

Although we appreciate receiving any feedback and suggestions from our guests, this review is totally unreasonable. From all the points made, there was only one issue brought to the attention of the Housekeeper during the stay, which was when the power went off. It fails to mention above that within one hour the electricity was back on for the guests, which is a great service!
It is such a pity that you did not address any of the other issues with the Housekeeper or in fact PMR, both of whom could have resolved some or all of the issues you have raised. Both PMR and the Housekeeper would have been pleased to advise you of directions to the nearest bars/restaurants of which there are 2 within a 10 minute walk away.
We have never professed our home to be a luxury villa, but have always believed it to be a well maintained and well appointed one. The advertised prices reflect this.

"Delightful home from home in lovely urbanisation"
We met Ingrid the Manager near the house. She took us, showed us where everything was and how everything worked. If we had any problems she was on hand to call, fortunately everything was fine.
The pool was beautiful and clean and the man came twice during our holiday to clean it and check the chemicals which was reassuring.
Little touches like plenty of quality linen and nice Denby china made the house feel more like a nice home.
