This spacious 3 bedroom house is newly constructed. Well furnished with all your home comforts, the property has a large private garden and private parking. A communal swimming pool is just a stroll away and this also has a separate children's pool. All of the bedrooms have fantastic views either of the sea or the mountains. The house is ideally located to experience the real Spain, close to the town of Polop, where you will find narrow cobbled street , a square with water fountains where the locals collect their daily supply and the town church set high with fantastic views. The town offers restaurants, café bars and shopping facilities. Other nearby towns include Altea, Albir, Alfaz del Pi and of course the all year round popular resort of Benidorm with fabulous award winning beaches and entertainment for all ages.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The nearest Airport is Alicante and just a short coastal drive/AP7 motorway will bring you to the property. The Costa Blanca is renowned for its year round sunshine and low rainfall, fresh fish, hand picked oranges, figs, dates and vegetables. In the early spring the whole area is covered with the white or pink blossom from the Almond trees and the sight and smell is incredible. Many fiestas held throughout the year can be enjoyed by all ages, these colourful spectacles can be found in most towns and include the Moors and Christians festivals with week long processions, battles and incredible firework displays. In June the celebration of Hogeras where huge statues are set on fire to celebrate the night of St Juan should not be missed and the province of Alicante is known for staging the best Hogeras festival
Benidorm / Polop area
Benidorm has been a popular holiday destination for many people for many years. The beaches are beautifully maintained and the water crystal clear. The long promenades are lined with café bars, restaurants and shops and popular with both the tourists and the locals. The old town of Benidorm has narrow streets and is great for shopping. There is a regular boat trip to the island which can be seen from the beaches which has a bird sanctuary and submarine showing the fabulous fish and marine life all around this island. The new town of Benidorm is well known for the professional entertainment on offer every night. The theme parks of Terra Mitica, Aqualandia and Terra Natura are close by and offer fun for all. There really is everything you could possibly want for any age in this resort and it is just a few minutes drive away from our lovely house. Polop is well known for its cobbled streets and restaurants. Nearby the tourist attraction of Guadalest, set in the mountains should not be missed or the waterfalls to be found at Callosa, great for swimming!
How to get there
Nearest airport Alicante, take the AP7 motorway to junction 65 (approximately 45 mintues) the property is approximately 10 mintues from junction 65 following the signs to La Nucia on the N332/CV70. Alternatively take a train from Alicante station heading North and the nearest station is Alfaz del Pi or Benidorm, you will need to take a short taxi drive from this station. An airport transfer taking you door to door can be arranged from 60€ for 4 people including luggage please contact us for larger parties. We can also arrange daily or weekly car rental

Further details indoors: A lovely entrance hall leads to the lounge which is at the rear of the property and has large sliding doors opening to the private garden. The lounge is richly furnished with red accessories and pine furniture and there are lovely views from this room. The kitchen is well fitted and well equipped. There is a fridge freezer, dishwasher and a door leading to a terrace with table and chairs. Upstairs are 3 good sized bedrooms all with built in wardrobes and each with sliding doors and juliette style balconies. The master bedroom has 2 terraces with sea views. There is an en-suite shower room to the master bedroom and the family bathroom has a shower over the bath.
Further details outdoors: There is private parking to the front of the property and a small garden leading to the front door. The rear garden is very large and private with great sea and mountain views. Sun loungers and cushions are provided for your comfort. A terrace is found off the kitchen and there is a table with chairs and sun umbrella. The communal swimming pool is across the road and can be seen from the bedroom. There is a separate children's pool. To the rear of the garden are landscaped communal gardens with lagoon style ponds.

Please note. Highchair, cot, pushchair and other baby equipment are available at this property but must be pre-booked. You must also pre-book, hairdryer, safe, boating excursions and bicycle hire if required. We can also offer you welcome food hampers, special occasion chocolates and flowers, airport transfers, car hire, mid week cleaning and laundry changes, trips and sightseeing tours and much much more. Please ask us for information on the service you need to make your holiday perfect.
Conditions
Smokers are welcome but we request that this is restricted to the outside areas. A 20% (250 euro minimum)deposit is required to secure your booking with the balance payable within 8 weeks of the start of your holiday. A 350€ refundable damage deposit will also be required. All linen and towels are included. There will be a small departure clean and laundry charge, please ask for details.
