About the home

The property is part of the of the new and exclusive Golf and Health Spa Resort of Sierra Cortina which is built in the style of a traditional mediterranean village .It is set in landscaped gardens and is surrounded by tropical plants and has two lagoon style swimming pools.

It is in a safe and secure gated child friendly enviroment, and has 24 hour security patrols and CCTV.

The house has hand made terraccota floor tiles throughout and reclaimed Morrocan roof tiles.
Upstairs is a double light and airey bedroom with fitted wardrobes and en-suite with a jacuzzi bath. It has a balcony with views which look out over the Mediterranean
Both bedrooms have double fitted wardrobes, one having views of the swimming pool, there is also a shower room.
Downstairs it has a w.c and a homely comfortable,and spacious living room with patio doors leading on to a covered terrace and garden with table and chairs for outside dining , which look out over the Mediterranean and Benidorm Bay. There are two large comfortable sofas with seating for six, one of them being a sofa bed .
It has a flat screen tv ,with BBC1/ 2, ITV 1 /2 ,Ch 4,Ch5 , Sky Sports 1 / 2/ 3 , Sky Movies etc also Spanish and European tv , dvd player,
The house also has a well equipped fitted kitchen with Siemens apliances including ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer, utility room with Siemens washing machine and sink.

The property is tastefully furnished and we try to provide everything you need for a comfortable and stress free holiday including bed linen, hairdryer, liquid soap, towels, beach towels and travel cot.

The house has a private garden with sunbeds and terrace with table ,chairs and parasol for outside dining and panoramic views of the Mediterranean, Benidorm and the bay of Cala Finestrat.
There is a choice of two lagoon style swimming pools and children's pools which are set in landscaped gardens with tropical plants.
Just a few minutes walk is the new Health and Beauty Spa where they have an indoor swimming pool , sauna, well equipped gym and beauty treatments, roof terrace bar with panoramic views / restaurant / cafe / tennis courts,Terra Mitica theme park,Terra Natura zoo park and water parks are all closeby as well as two championship golf courses designed by Jack Nicklaus or there is an excellent 18 hole pitch and putt course .

A non-refundable deposit of 20% with full payment due 6 weeks before departure.

Payment by Cheque, Bank Transfer in pounds or euros, Debit Card, Credit Card.

Cheques accepted ,receipt will be dispatched after cheque has cleared.

A £100 breakage / loss of keys deposit will also be required and will be refunded after your stay as soon as our agent confirms no damage has occured during the rental period.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Costa Blanca has a mild sunny climate making it the ideal all year round resort. The Costa Blanca stretches for 170 miles from Denia to Mojacar and is ideal for a holiday at any time of the year. With plenty of stunning blue flag beaches and its host of championship golf courses between Alicante & Valencia, also a wide variety of theme parks and other activities such at fishing, tennis, boating, quad biking, clubbing, and much more makes it suitable for all age groups

The Benidorm / Sierra Cortina area

The lively resort of Benidorm with nightlife and shopping are nearby also the lovely smaller resort of La Cala Finestrat is only a few minutes away.
The typical Spanish mountain village of Finestrat is close by and well worth a visit.
Other local places to visit are the modern resort of Albir and the charming older resort of Altea with varied restaraunts which line the seafront also the lovely old blue domed church which has stunning views of the mediterranean.
The market at Altea is held on Tuesday where you can buy anything from fruit and vegetables to all your holiday souveniers.
1 km away is La Marina which is a two storey indoor shopping mall where you can find great shops such as Zara, Mango and H & M among many others. It is air - conditioned and has a large roof terrace which includes restaurants, cinema , bowling alley and children's entertainment including mini go - carts , trampolines bouncy castles etc. The Carrefour hypermarket is next to La Marina.
Terra Mitica Theme Park, Terra Natura (wild animal park),Mundomar (animal park with seals and dolphins ), Aqualandia Water Park and Go Carting are all in the area nearby.
There is a bus that stops nearby which will take you to Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Carrefour Hypermarket , the indoor shopping mall at La Marina, Benidorm and the beach and restaurants at La Cala Finestrat.

Nearest airport is Alicante which is 40 minutes drive from the property.Just head north to Valencia and take the A7 motorway, or alternativley you can book the Resort Hoppa for a reasonable amount.
There is a local bus sevice to Benidorm from the airport also plenty of local taxis.
