About the home

This beautifully furnished and well equipped 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house is a perfect base to laze away the long hot days at the lagoon style pool or to enjoy the many activities on offer around the many nearby towns. You will find the 18 hole pitch and putt course, new spa centre and restaurant on site and you are just a short distance from the new Asia Spa hotel, Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia water park and Terra Natura zoo. Benidorm is also just a 10 minute drive away with its wonderful award winning beaches, bars, restaurants and shops. There is a Carrefour hypermarket and the La Marina shopping mall just 5 minutes by car from the property.

This well furnished and modern house has a well fitted kitchen with everything included that you would need for your stay and all appliances fitted and a separate utility room with washing facilities. The lounge has a comfortable sofa which can be used for sleeping an additional guest and there is a dining table seating 4 people. You will find a TV with communal satellite available together with DVD/CD player. Doors from the lounge lead to a covered terrace and the private garden. There is a cloakroom located on the ground floor. Upstairs, the master bedroom has doors leading to a terrace with fabulous sea views, built in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath. There is a second bedroom with bunk beds and a family shower room.

There is a large terrace, ideal for dining Al fresco. Table and chairs and sun loungers are included. The private garden is on 3 sides of the house and has terrific sea views. There are two swimming pools within this complex one of which is in front of this property. The pools are lagoon style and have a separate children's area. Parking is in a communal area behind electric gates.

Departure clean included. Linen and towels are provided, a small charge is made for the laundry on departure. Mid week cleaning and laundry services can be arranged if required. We can also organise grocery welcome packs containing the essentials or luxury packs with champagne and chocolates and anything for that special occasion. High Chair, cot, hairdryer, safe and bicycles are all available but must be pre-booked. Smokers are welcome at the property but must smoke in the outside areas

LATE BOOKING DEALS AVAILABLE please ask for our best offer for your dates. A 20% (250 euros minimum) deposit will secure your booking with the balance payable 56 days before the start of your holiday. Payment can be made by debit or credit card or bank transfer. We will request a 350 euro damage deposit which will be returned once your holiday is completed.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The nearest Airport is Alicante and just a short coastal drive/AP7 motorway will bring you to the property. The Costa Blanca is renowned for its year round sunshine and low rainfall, fresh fish, hand picked oranges, figs, dates and vegetables. In the early spring the whole area is covered with the white or pink blossom from the Almond trees and the site and smell is incredible. Many fiestas held throughout the year can be enjoyed by all ages, these colourful spectacles can be found in most towns and include the Moors and Christians festivals with week long processions, battles and incredible firework displays. In June the celebration of Hogeras where huge statues are set on fire to celebrate the night of St Juan should not be missed and the province of Alicante is known for staging the best Hogeras festival

The Benidorm / Sierra Cortina area

Benidorm is within a 10 minute drive of this property which offers beautiful award winning beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and entertainment, there is something to suit all ages. The theme parks of Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, Mundomar and Terra Natura are very close to this property as is the golf course Villa Aitana. Other golf courses are within easy reach in well under an hour. Other coastal towns within easy reach are Villajoyosa known for its colourful buildings, Albir and the historic town of Altea with its old style typically white painted houses, church and town square where you can find gift and craft shops, artists and restaurants. Inland are other great towns to enjoy as well as the mountains with waterfalls and rock climbing. Many coastal towns have fishing ports where the restaurants sell the fish caught that day. Finestrat is a lovely small village, very popular with local spanish people and tourists as is the beach of La Cala de Finestrat. The development of Sierra Cortina itself has recently opened a Spa centre with health treatments, indoor pool, tennis and paddle courts and cafeteria. Mountaineering, horse riding, karting and many other activities can also be done locally. We are also able to organise any activity that you need from balloon flights, helicopter rides, jeep safari, quad bike hire, jet skiing, nordik walking and paint ball .............. just tell us what you require

Nearest airport Alicante, take the AP7 motorway to junction 65A (approximately 45 minutes) the property is approximately 10 mintues from junction 65A following the signs to Finestrat and the Terra Mitica Theme Park. Alternatively take a train from Alicante station heading North and the nearest station is the Terra Mitica theme park station. The property would be approximately 15 to 20 minutes on foot from here.
