This corner townhouse has 2 south facing furnished sun terraces with stunning views over Benidorm Bay. A Naya (covered area for dining) complements the larger of the 2 terraces and allows for outside relaxation or eating (supplied BBQ on hand) away from the sun’s rays. A comfortable garden completes the outside area.
Inside there are two double bedrooms, both en-suite (one with shower the other with bath/shower over) and a further separate WC. The kitchen is spacious and fully fitted with modern appliances. The living room has comfortable seating, a dining area, a DVD player and an IPOD player.
Bay View has airconditioning units in both bedrooms and the living room which also act as heaters for the colder months.
Bed linen and towels provided including Beach Towels saving space in your case.

+ There are plenty of parking places close to the house but they are not dedicated.
+ A tennis court (shared) is within 30 metres of the house - equipment is provided.
+ Pool not available during winter months (closed for deep cleaning and maintenance).
+ Being one of the highest properties in the complex terraces can only be overlooked from the adjoining property
+ There is another large pool 150 metres away with a small children's pool attached also available for use.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region


With an average of well over 300 days of sunshine a year, the Costa Blanca is a favourite for both summer and winter holidays. Its beaches are sandy, clean and inviting. Sierra Cortina especially has enhanced an already attractive region with its theme parks, golf courses, quality hotels and residences. There are many historical towns and villages to visit as well as mountains and seaside resorts.

+ Benidorm: comprising 2 great Blue Flag beaches, bars, shops, restaurants, the Famous Benidorm Palace Caberet, and Mundomar Sea World which has dolphins and other marine life, a bat cave and other attractions.
+ Finestrat - a lovely local village with some really nice restaurants away from the bustle
General:
Nearby are some great attractions such as Fonts D'Algar waterfalls - great for a cool dip on a hot summer's day and other resorts such as Calpe and Denia. Fiestas are numerous during the summer months.

This is our 4th visited inside 12 months to Bay View which must speak for itself. The house is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac on a modern development in the hills above Benidorm enjoying far reaching views towards Benidorm and La Cala, La Cala being the nearest beach. Most of Benidorm attractions are within a 15 minutes drive. The house is set on five levels and offers superb accommodation especially for two couples as both bedrooms benefit from en suits, the lounge / dining room opens out onto a covered area giving shade on hot days this then leads out onto a superb roof terrace with sea views. The Kitchen is well equipped. Large shared pool. Our experience of the management company has also been excellent, nothing too much trouble. WILL BE GOING AGAIN. |

Roomy accomodation, with all the facilities we needed, within touching distance of Benidorm, but peaceful in daytime,and in a lovely setting with superb views from the terrace or pool. Shops and supermarket only minutes away, as was Terra Mitica which we love.Easy access to major roads for day trips away in the car. We loved it! |
