14th floor flat with stunning views of all the Levante beach. Sit on the large terrace overlooking the sea and Benidorm's island and you will forget all the action that is taking place down below.
It's amazing how peaceful it can be at such a hight. I thoroughly recommend the sunsets from the terrace and the al fresco dining. And when you are ready hit the town or have a stroll on the beach, just walk out of the building and you are there.
There are plenty of restaurants, bars, caffees, clubs, kidd's entertainment such as rides and a minigolf in the immediate are as well as a supermarket and pharmacy on the same block.

The average annual temperature on the coast is 18ºC with an average midday temperature of 15ºC in winter and of 26ºC in summer. You can take a day trip to Altea, Finestrat, Guadalest , some of the sorrounding villages.

Benidorm / Levante Beach area
Benidorm offers a wide and varied entertainment to all; children, young people and the not so young. Festilandia (Funfair),Terra Mitica (themed Park) Aqua Natura & Acualandia (aquatic attracions), Terra Narura (animals) are only a busride away.
Golf and mini-golf, go-karts,medieval dinners open air concerts. The calm clear waters are ideal for sailing competitions, motor-boating, rowing, fishing or underwater swimming, etc.
How to get there
Easyjet, Ryanair, Thompson, Monarch are just a few of the budget airlines that fly into Alicante Airport on a daily basis throughout the year. There are numerous regular coach routes from the nearby Altet Airport and trains from Alicante into Benidorm.
Right on the Mediterranean coast, access by car is very easy and comfortable using the A7 (a motorway) and the national road 332.
There is a regular bus service (ALSA coaches http://www.alsa.es/) that offers a cheap, fast and comfortable possibility of travelling from the airport to Benidorm and from Benidorm to the airport. Likewise, there is a local bus service between the airport and Alicante city (C-6 line) that runs every 40 min. and allows you to combine with (ALSA coaches) or with FGV (Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat Valenciana) trains to get to Benidorm.
The last option is to take a Taxi from the airport into Benidorm which is the fastest and the most comfortable way to cover this distance.(This information was correct on date of placing the add)

Further details indoors: The flat has two bedrooms each one with two single beds and a wardrobe.
One of the bedrooms has a double glass door with access to the terrace as does the living and dining area. This has a table that seats 4, sofa and armchair as well as a music system and tv.
There is also an exterior table for use in the terrace. The bathroom has one sink, toilet and a shower.
Further details outdoors: The apartment building has two lifts so no worries about getting to the 14th floor! Although Benidorm is very safe there is a concierge almost 24hrs a day keeping an eye out and in case you need any help.
After spending a full day on the beach or waterskiing (skiing facilitiest's only 50m away) have a dip in the pool where the kids can swim safely in the shallow kiddies pool.

The weekly price is inclusive of all utilities, greeting you at the flat on your arrival to familiarize you with the property as well as cleaning service at the end of your stay. NO HIDDEN EXTRAS. During your stay there will always be someone who speaks English on hand should you have any difficulties with the property or need help with anything else.
We can also arrange airport transfers for 45€(one way) which is a lot cheaper than a taxi. We can provide welcome packs (at an additional cost) so as not to have to go out shopping when you first arrive at the property, just unpack and relax. Please enquire about pricing.

-Standard 30% deposit secures the booking. (Refundable only 8 weeks prior to arrival)
-A refundable breakages deposit of €200 is required and will be refunded within 2 weeks of your departure, subject to satisfactory property inspection.To be paid 8 weeks before arrival date along with the final balance.
-A €50 discount is available for a 2 week booking.
-Cleaning costs per booking included
-You will be asked to inform us of your arrival and departure times prior to arrival so as to organize key delivery and collection.
-On your arrival you will be informed if we request you to vacate the flat by 10am on the day of departure.
