The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca region has been a popular all year round holiday destinaton for many years. It offers 500 hours of sunshine a year, compared to 457 for the rest of spain. Along the Costa Blanca coastline there are countless marines and beaches, most of which have been awarded the blue flag of the European Community.
This holiday home location is perfect for those want to explore and discover a wide variety of different beaches, spanish villages or the bustling town of benidorm.
The resort of Albir with its beautiful beach is only a ten minute drive away , also Altea another beach resort, 15 minute drive, both offering a variety of spanish tapas bars, english bars and restaurants.
All theme parks are within easy driving access, Aqualandia is a fantastic water adventure park which is suitable for every age, Terra Mitica, a giant amusement park, Mundomar & Terra natura where you will find dolphin and sea lion shows.
Benidorm / Polop area
The area is very rural and away from the bustle of Benidorm though it is only a short 15 minute drive away. The hill-top town of Polop has a distinctly Spanish flavour with regular fiestas and a weekly Flea market market. This is true holidaying, off the beaten track, but with access to bars and restaurants only a 15 min stroll away you really are spoilt for choice.
How to get there
Most budget airlines fly to Alicante Airport at reasonable costs.e.g easyjet,ryanair,jet2 Transfer time to Pollop is about 45 minutes easily reached by hire car;e.g www.carjet.com. Taxis or bus are another easy alternative. More details available upon enquiry. The beautiful town off Pollop is within easy walking distance,where you will find local shops and quiet bars. Alternativley you can jump on a bus {cost 1 euro} and go into Benidorm.

Further details indoors: The house is furnished to a high specifacation, including a 32 inch plasma tv on the wall, with dvd and sky tv to watch all sports and films. There is a 3 seater leather setee and also a 2 seater, plus dining table for five if you should choose to dine indoors.
There is a fully fitted kitchen and utility room, inc, four ring hob,elec cooker,microwave,fridgefreezer,toaster, sandwichtoaster,washing machine and every other kitchen utensil you could want during your stay. Downstairs cloakroom also.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with en suite and also another bathroom. Both bedrooms have 2 single beds in each and plenty of wardrobe space. [double pull out sofa bed down stairs if required]
Further details outdoors: This house sits in a quite idylic setting, with views of countrysde or mountains no matter where you stand. But yet just a short drive and you are at Benidorm, Altea, Albir, Calpe and all the theme parks for the children e.g Aqualand, Mundormor, Teramitica and more.
There are two pools, one of them a kids splash pool, but both surrounded by beautiful gardens and magnificent views.
